I have a star oilco fuel card and fraud was committed on the card a police report was filed for the time frame that the fraud occured but another invoice came in 2 weeks later for the same time frame and star oilco refuses to amend the fraud claim and include the additional chargesInitial Complaint

On January 13, 2022, Star Oilco delivered 200 gallons of oil to my home and I received $1,098.00 damage to my asphalt residential driveway. I arrived home within 30 minutes of their delivery, and immediately saw the damage, along with evidence of Star Oilcos commercial truck having parked on my asphalt residential driveway exactly where the damage was. I called Star Oilco and was told that their driver admitted to placing their commercial oil tuck on my residential driveway, that the Owner was in a meeting and that he would call me back later that day. He never called. The past 2 weeks, I have contacted Star Oilco numerous times, and have been told again and again that the Owner would call me, but he never has.
