I made a purchased through this company utilizing Affirm, They sent me a horrible item and I returned it, They then did not fully reimbursed me after I returned the item to them.Business response

I placed an order with the company originally on dec 11, 2022 because they advertise as a bra designed for large chests. I ordered according to the sizing chart available and it was nowhere close to fitting so I exchanged it a size up which on the sizing chart should have been too big. That one also didn't not work so I exchanged for the next size up and before the final size had arrived I figured that that would be the right size according to how the others fit and the chart so I went ahead and placed another order before they discontinued the bra on Jan 12 2023. When I finally got the bras they were huge and since they were discontinued they would not allow a return. I spent quite a bit of money blindly hoping it was as advertised for large chests and now they stopped responding to my emails about a resolution. I've attached emails of my orders and email correspondence.Business response

Our return policy is ************************************************************* returned for a full refund. Customer went through two rounds of exchanges (all free to the customer). The customer then made a purchase for three bras that were on clearance and marked FINAL SALE. Customer was required to enter the discount code FINALSALE to complete the purchase.
The customer is upset that they are not able to return or exchange the merchandise that was purchased on final sale. I am attaching images of our website that show all the places that the product was noted as being FINAL SALE.

They are falsely advertising a product as large bust friendly with a sizing chart that is not accurate at all and products that don't fit accordingly.Sincerely,
