            Pattern of Complaint:

            On February 13, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery, product and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Goatstee.com, and after several months they have not received their products. Consumers who do receive their products find the product is low quality and not what is advertised. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance.  BBB is unable to contact the company to address this pattern of complaints.

            Alert:
            As of February 13, 2018, BBB could not find the company registered with Oregon Secretary of State.  The address advertised belongs to a freight-forwarder.  BBB has attempted to contact the company via mail and email.  Both our mail and email were returned as undeliverable.  The advertised phone number is invalid.  BBB has not been able to determine a valid email, mailing address, physical location or ownership for the company.  The domain name was registered on April 6, 2017 and its ownership is privacy protected.
