I originally purchased frames and ordered glasses at Eyestyles. At the time of purchase I was told I could make return on my glasses. After my purchases and my glasses were unwearable I asked for a refund or exchange. I was repeatedly pressured to keep my frames and was not offered an exchange or refund. When I continued to ask for a refund, I was told that a refund was not going to happen, however I could do a one time exchange. It was my understanding after a conversation and email from this company that I could do a one time exchange for frames/eyeglasses of equal or lessor value. I found a pair of new glasses and was told they were the same price. I was told by the optrician no money was owed. I left Eyestyles and then was called back saying I needed to pay $271.00. Eyestyles has the original glasses that were not wearable for walking or driving. They have refused to exchange my glasses unless I pay additional money. I have already payed $671.00 for the first pair of glasses.Business response
