The company to which my wife donated her body has been extremely poor in communicating with me. They don't answer their phone. So I can't leave a message. *************************** was the contact with my wife. I've sent several emails to him with no response. The process was to take up to 6 weeks by my understanding. However, it's been over 6 months. I finally did receive an email from ******* stating that there was a problem with processing her remains. They would have to repurpose the situation. I'm a very patient person and have gone along with this situation. However, I'm Broken Hearted with their response to my Love for my Wife and her passing. I'm trying not to review this matter with my lawyer. But it's coming down to the wire. I DEMAND resolution and Closure to this matter. I have several companies that want copies of her Death Certificate. I can't even file our taxes until they have documentation.Review from Becky S

I have called this business and left numerous messages and they have never returned my calls. That is why I came to the BBB to see if this Company is even in business and to see what their rating is. We sent paperwork in years ago, yet you cannot talk to a person, to get your questions answered. Their message says to leave a voice mail and they will call you back. NOT. Very poor service! Time to find a better donation business.Review from K. G.

I have tried several times to contact this business regarding the return of my Mother's ashes, she passed away in February 2021, after several attempts we still have not been able to contact them. When I tried to send and email to them was told it is not a valid email address. We would just like to have her ashes so we can have closure. I haven't been impressed with this company at all

I was contacted by ******* from BioGift and due to a miscommunication on some paperwork the ashes were never sent but fortunately he still had them and will be sending them to us, we will finally have some closure on this very important matter.
