    To: Dalton Management ***************************, Manager ***************************** Dear **********************,I am concerned over the issue of my June rent payment not yet being processed. I deposited the check in an envelope with my return address on it through the mail slot at the office here in Brentwood Village on June 4. You were here that morning along with two other workers employed by Brentwood Village. In fact, I attempted to hand it to you personally and you told me to just put it into the mail slot. We engaged in some brief conversation and then I payed my rent. You witnessed that.Since then I have checked my bank account and my portion of the rent has still not been processed. I have contacted some of my neighbors and all of them have had their rent checks cashed. I am the only one who is experiencing this problem. I am also concerned since I checked online at ********* and I am being charged $1350 dollars, not only for my portion of the rent for this month but also for the ***/HAJC portions of the rent for this month and for the month of May as well.I contacted the ***/HAJC office and they have informed me that they sent out the *** portions of my rent to the owners or managers of this property complex for both months on time, so I do not understand why this delay in processing my rent payments is occurring. I have left phone messages to the ************************* to the Poplar Village apartments - since that is the phone number that my *** worker gave me to contact you with - and to Avenue 5. No one has responded to my calls. I have attempted to contact Brentwood Village/Avenue 5 by email and the emails were sent back as undeliverable.Since Dalton Management still owns this property I took the step of leaving a message for them as well. Still no response.I would appreciate some type of communication from your end so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible. Sincerely ************************

    Property managers incompetent & owner Dalton Has not fulfilled their end of the lease/contract. They have allowed the property to deteriorate, harass residence with ******* notices for late rent payments when the rent had been paid to the managers on property who have lost rent checks and failed to deposit rent checks timely. Discriminatory practices against older, disabled residents may be an issue, and continuous change of office managers (some dont last a month) creates residents issues to go unresolved.
