    I had a program pay my remaining balance and as soon as they received the money the applied it to the account wrong and literally ran off on the plug twice. I had a remaining balance that was owed to me along with a deposit that was never refunded now my credit score is being affected I was told they closed the business down and someone would Contact me **** its a whole new year and nothing and now my credit and everything is is being affected by this bc they took money and never paid the bills . This how literally screwed me I will be taking action if someone does NOT reach out and return my money asap I could barely move till just now bc my credit score was affected I was depending on that money to help me move but instead I was assed out. I moved out from the ******* townhomes back at the end of April 2023 and its Feb 2024 and I was just able to finally move but now I cant even get power bc I have a remaining bill

    This is the worst management I've ever had in my whole life. They constantly have errors with their paperwork, They don't respond immediately when they're supposed to, retaliate, They pick favoritism with tenants, and above all else, when you are being harassed they blame you. Nothing says welcome to our community like being threatened with assault and gun violence and constant harassment. The manager does nothing. And the police say it's a management issue so they're not doing anything either. When we first moved in they accidentally gave the garage to a new to another person with our stuff still in it. They blamed it on our computer error. They didn't even give us a letter I had to find out on my own when I couldn't get into my own garage. And the garages are not fully repaired or remodeled. I have insulation hanging out and drywall missing in my garage. Not to mention a mold problem. They charge us out the a** when everything just falls apart within the first week of moving in and is half-assed repaired. When I first moved in I had to clean the whole apartment because it was filthy and the stove had blood on it and old grease that look like it had been there for over a year. The most recent problem is when I transferred to a different unit, the manager still has not (2 months later) Mind you transferred my information for the water and utility bills. And of course I don't get any reply back. Not even utility company has even heard back from her. Meanwhile, my bills are skyrocketing and building every day. I now have a $300 electricity bill because of them. Who knows how much the water bill is now. Thank you fortress management for s******* my life up. Sincerely, a tenant at ******************** apartments.
