      I placed an order on December 3rd 2022, I never received an update or my product. I tried to file a claim with my bank and all I got was a letter I tried to file a claim with shopify however I cant add the confirmation link because the companys site is now just an error page, I just want my money back

      March 18, 2023. I paid $225.95 for two products from this company. They said production would take ***** weeks. On 7/13/23 I received an email that my products had shipped with ***** received a tracking number and everything. On 7/17/23 I received an email from the company and ***** that my package was delivered. I went to my ***** app to see where they had placed my package as I was at work. I looked at the picture that ***** provided it was not my house and not at all my product. It actually looked like a box of pet food delivered to someones home.

      On July 17th 2023 I purchased a product from freetom prosthetics for $261. 00. I immediately got a shipping notification that said the item had been packaged and was awaiting a tracking number. I never received said tracking number and it has been 7 weeks. I have called the company. Left messages. Emailed. Even went and left comments on their ******** page. Nothing prompted the company to make things right with me. It is my wish this company is shut down for FRAUD.

      I purchased a pre-made/ ready to ship product from this website (FreeTomprosthetics.com) back in February. Here we are in mid to late August and I have yet to receive said product. I have sent countless emails to the owner with no response. I finally had my bank investigate this company to which they determined they were a fraudulent company STEALING customers money. I never received a refund from this company. Or an apology. I would expect better from a trans-owned business. Zero accountability. I understand we all succumb to hardships but why not shut the operation/ business down if you KNOW you can not meet the consumer demands.. no excuses for this behavior. I am STILL in the process of getting my money back through my bank.

      February 2023 my card was charged$276 for my purchase of a prosthetic. I received a conformation email for my purchase. Then a follow up email with a order number and message that my order had been shipped.I received no tracking information which was strange because it was shipping internationally.I received no further communication.I followed up a number of times asking for shipping info or an update on the order both by multiple emails and social media messages. It is 6 months later and no one has contacted me. However I got an email and notification on the shop app saying it was shipped then delivered. When I contacted the shipping company that the tracking number came from the shipping company said that number did ship to somewhere however it was not in my name nor was it from freetom prosthetics and was not my order what so ever.

      I bought product from freetom prosthetics January 25th 2023. Order number *****. Monday July 17th I finally received a tracking number for my order. Up to this point I have contacted the email on the website once a week looking for an update or any info on my order since the company says ***** weeks shipping at most. And all other orders I had placed with them had been in this time frame. Yesterday July 20th was my delivery date. **** delivered with a photo from ***** but it wasnt my house. I called ***** and the tracking number was associated with a package from the wrong company, with the wrong name, and address on the label. ***** cant help me, and the shipper will not reply. I spent $312 and some change on this product and they will not respond to anything from me whatsoever. I deserve a full refund based on their answers of their website. But I just want my product.

      On February 3rd, 2023, I ordered a prosthetic from FreeTom for the amount of $311.04. Shortly after placing the order I received an email on 2/3/23 informing me that the order was on its way. Here is where the problem started, they never provided me with a tracking number of my order. I replied and asked if they could provide me with a tracking number, I also emailed 2 times after that asking the same thing and no one ever contacted me back. Fast forward to July 16th, 2023 and I finally get an email from them stating that my package is on route, during this time they provided me with a tracking number. On July 19th, 2023, I received notice from ***** that my package had been delivered except they didn't deliver it and the photo of the package didn't match my house nor the size of the box in the photo didn't match the item I ordered. I called ***** and they proceed to tell me that the order number that FreeTom provided me with did not match my name, address, nor did it match the company the package came from. I just want my order. There is no customer service number that I can call and they never respond to emails for me to get clarification on what is going on with my order. Their lack of communication and response time is absolutely ridiculous, I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

      I placed an order with this company in April 2023, I immediately got an order received email followed by an order shipped email, without tracking information. This was a custom item so highly unlikely it was shipped moment's after the order was placed. I tried to contact the company multiple times via email and instagram messenger. All attempts of communication have gone unanswered. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, then received a tracking number for an item being shipped to ****, I am in ********. I attempted to contact the company about this again, and again no response. I was able to follow the tracking to ****, and the package size was significantly larger than what my order would be and weighed 38lbs. Safe to say this wasn't my tracking number. I still have not gotten my order. I am waiting until the dispute timeline passes with *********** and then going elsewhere. Being a small business does not justify ripping people off.

      I made the purchase on May 6, 2023. Shortly after I received an email that my order had shipped. I emailed them on 3 separate occasions, with no response. I tried to get in touch with them on social media also to no avail. I have not received a tracking # for my order & have yet to receive it, nearly 2 months later. 278 dollars I spent on this product just to never receive it.
