I placed an order in 2/11/22, have sent multiple Instagram messages and emails with no response. Its been 5 months with no communication except an email from Ship Station stating the label was created for my shipment. I spent almost $300 with a company Id previously used and had no issue with but now I see many people arent receiving their products or any response from the company. Im waiting for the 6th month period since their website states they will refund the money but if they dont, i will be reporting this to my card company as fraud.Initial Complaint

The company is a fraud. They take people's money and will not contact them after purchase has gone through and they have received the money. I feel like this online store needs to be taken down and not be allowed to be used.They are complete and total rip offs. Making bank on others needing their body parts they want, they have been scamming everyone including myself and my other half . We are not okay with how they have conducted business and there needs to be a stop to them.We also feel as if they don't care as to what part of a couples relationship needs what their company supposedly had to offer. Would love for a refund on this product purchased from there and feel as if we should complain until website is completely closed down.Initial Complaint

I purchased off Freetom on the 17th the money was withdrew on the 18th I didnt do enough research into the company or I wouldnt have purchased anything from them. My order was $300+ American dollars and this was a birthday present for my boyfriend. I received the receipt but no order update shipping update or tracking number I have been emailing and contacting Freetom from the 21st of February and I am at a loss the little money I had I spent on a present and now Im afraid that Ive been scammed. Do they ship just really late? Have they stolen my money? I really dont knowInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/05/2021 in the amount of $137.00 for a *********** Simple: 6" - Engorged in the colour shade 2. I paid extra shipping costs for expedited shipping (2-3 business days), as this was not a customized product it was supposed to be ready to ship yet a week passed, then two and nothing. I reached out to the company (or attempted to) inquiring as to whether the product had been shipped yet or not and never heard anything back I sent numerous emails, the last email I sent was 1/04/22, almost a full month since I'd placed my order. A few days later my order FINALLY arrived, and I was DEVASTATED when I finally opened the very beat up box that the almost two hundred dollar prosthetic had just been crammed inside of and saw what it was they had sent me. The prosthetic looked absolutely NOTHING at all like pictured or described on their website. NOTHING at all! I was expecting a semi-realistic detailed and coloured prosthetic, one that I had spent months saving up in order to be able to purchase by the way, I a disabled Veteran on a very fixed, low income, and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have seen five dollar dildo's that look more realistic then "prosthetic". There was zero detailing. The colour can only be described as very ORANGE (what one might imagine a certain ex-president's ***** might look like). This "prosthetic" was also described as supposed to be "soft enough to pack with" yet "hard enough to play with", hence the "Engorged" part of the item name, however, this packer was far too soft for any kind of "play" and way too hard at the same time for simple packing. It was also described as being 6" "insertable" and barely measured 5.4" total length. I have been emailing them every week for over a month requesting a refund and have not heard anything back at all. Surprise, surprise. I just want my money back and to warn others that this once "reputable" company in the *** world is NO LONGER TO BE TRUSTED!
