Ordered their "Horror Summer **** 2020 new mystery box" on June 9, 2020 for the total amount (shipping & tax incl.) of $46.22. I've allowed months go by but attempted contact with their customer service to find out what the hold up on my order is/was and kept being told that there were delays due to the pandemic etc... Which I can understand, but it's now been almost TWO YEARS later. I've only had 2 paperback books sent to me from amazon that were Christmas horror books (and announced in November 2020 as new then, why they shipped those to me I'm not sure) which wasn't what I was expecting. I've not received any of the digital content, gift card, bookmarks or the t-shirt. I've attached the emails back and forth, I've attached my order as shown on their site, and a screenshot of what was in the box I ordered. I just want exactly what I paid for... and in a timely fashion from this point.Business response

Hello ******* we sincerely apologize for the delay on this product. We have faced significant difficulties during the ******19 pandemic that caused a production backlog and forced us to temporarily suspend publishing operations so that we can try to catch up on overdue projects like these. We will be reaching out again to try to reach an amicable solution to these unfortunate delays and would like to point out that we have stopped doing public preorders for any of our own published titles or product offerings due to delays like these. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize once more for the delays and issues with this order.
