Owner is a totally con artist. He writes his own books and toots his own horn. But he'll rip you off!

They wont stop calling. They call me several times a day even though I have repeatedly told them to stop. They just want to high pressure me into setting up an appointment with a listing agent. They are rude and at times threatening to claim I do not own the property I have for sake by owner. I suspect they get paid for the appointments they set up with this abusive high pressure methods.

This company has been calling me asking me about my property that was earlier this year listed for sale, then removed. They have actively tried to poach me from my current realtor even though I have made it clear that I'm currently in contract and uninterested in changing over to another company, especially one with such scummy practices to 1) poach from another realtor 2) ****** search my information and essentially stalk me to reach out via phone.The first time they called, I expressed any contact needed to go through my realtor as it appeared they were interested in buying, the second time(today) they reached out wondering if I was planning on relisting at any point and before I could let conversation go any further I expressed how inappropriate it was for them to be doing this. The woman on the phone was insistent that this was normal practice for them and fine, but there is no way I personally would go with a realtor company who is so desperate for clients that they're willing to essentially stalk them online and try to poach them from a realtor they have a close and trusting relationship with. I will scream this from the top of my lungs, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They seem to have horrible moral compasses and I wouldn't doubt that to include s******* over their clients at the end just to make a few extra dollars.
