      I purchased an engine on November 16, 2021. and was told ***** days to ship. I listened to him for nearly 2 years. I told him I felt like this was going to go on indefinitely and he became very angry and went from being nice about the excuses to being offensive. I wanted a deadline of when the engine would ship.I can't afford to give **** $2795.00. He has accumulated many complaints due to collecting a lot of money from many customers and not delivering the item paid for, or not legitimately giving a refund.After a year, I mentioned a refund and he told me my bank could refund, which, after talking with them, they cannot. I have started collecting complaints and others are seeking legal action against ****, which I will as well if **** hasn't contacted me by September 12th. Also, I initially contacted **** through E-bay and he directed me to pay with his own invoice through e-mail. This is against e-bay policy, and I will contact e-bay if **** doesn't contact me by the 12th. I've tried to resolve this directly with ****, as other people have.Other customers are posting that **** will not refund their money due to their complaint of not receiving an engine or refund. I refrained from leaving **** a review for nearly two years and still no refund or engine. I will run out of room, but will paste a few complaints here. ************************** terrible service order a motor months ago and he called me a liar then refused to give my my money for multiple months and never got the engine DO NOT do work with them CAP C Ordered a motor March 3rd with the promise to receive it in 40 Business days. 5 months later and many excuses still no motor.August 4th canceled order. **** said he understood and will refund my money. Yes I paid in advance the full total for the motor. 7 weeks later and many phone calls still no refund. Now I am going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back. Very bad business.***************************************************************************************

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Absolutely no refund was issued.  This is a total lie.  He has given these types of responses on others' reviews.  I talked to **** many times after the date he is saying the refund was issued.  One of the last times we talked, he said my bank would issue a refund, which was another dishonest reply.  This was around July of 2023.  The last time we talked, he stated he was tired of going over this with me, as if he had a right to be upset.  It really is as if he thinks he should be the one upset and I'm the one he has stolen nearly $3000.00 dollars from.  This was only a few months ago.  It's 10/02/2023 today.  He is stating he sent a refund over a year ago.  Why would I still be in contact with him and getting these replies?  He is completely dishonest and I'm not the only one taking him to court.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As stated previously, EPM Machine Company has failed to deliver the engine I paid for, nor have they issued a refund.
      EPM Machine Company is either being intentionally dishonest or is extremely mistaken. I tend to believe it is intentional dishonesty.   I do believe they have turned their business into a scam and this is a tactic to buy time in order to scam the next customer.  I don't mind to provide my bank records to the courts or to BBB.  I have been in contact with another EPM Machine Company customer that has had the same exact complaint, and there are many more that are posting bad reviews of EPM Machine company on various sites, which are all very similar.  One of the customers I'm in contact with just won a court case against EPM Machine Company concerning a core charge that EPM said they had refunded, yet did not issue the refund until EPM was taken to court.  He sent this through e-mail.  
       "******, I just received my core charge plus the $117 fee.
      PI did a great job."
      Guess who is using the same PI and they are already familiar with **** and *****'s shenanigans at EPM Machine Company?
      It will be less expensive for EPM if they do the right thing and issue a refund.  **** and *****, you've got my phone number, going to court will only make things more expensive for EPM at court.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      EPM (**** and *****)continue to be dishonest in their response.  No refund has been issued.  As stated, I don't mind to present my banking information to the courts.  I can prove that EPM(***** and ****) offered no refund and never issued a refund. All they(**** and *****) have is dishonesty and a losing case.  EPM has became a scam.  EPM(**** and *****) has stolen money from many individuals.  More and more negative reviews are being posted about EPM with good reason.
      EPM stated,"Due to these issues we were not able to complete ******************** order in his requested time frame."  It has never had anything to do with my requested time frame.  **** said the engine would be here in ***** days.  It was ****'s advertised time frame.  That was over 2 years ago.  

      Here's another recent loss for EPM from one of many customers EPM has stolen money from. **** and ***** have said they have issued refunds to many customers, but have not.  The losses are mounting up for EPM(**** and *****).
      "We just got a judgement from EPM Machine Co, (AKA) *********************** for a 383 ci engine we ordered almost two years ago for $3,295.00. Contacted A lawyer in ****** and we just got a judgment in our favor. Took some time but at this point we had it with this CLOWN, He has screwed a lot of people that I see online. If you are a straight shooter and you have all the documents to prove to the court he owes you for not delivering the engine or whatever he owes you. Call this guy, very professional and fun reading his commentary. Very fair for his retainer.

      On February 16 2022 I place an order with EPM Machine ** to build an engine for me . I had also sent him a set of heads valued at **** to rebuild and install on the engine I bought. For 10 months he kept giving me excuses of why it wasnt done to Im shipping it out . NEVER received anything from him ( his name is **** also ) On October 14 th when I made another call to him , he told me that I was getting a refund for the full amount of ******* and shipping heads back . I was also told it would 5 to 7 business days . Three weeks have gone by and after multiple calls , he sent me a fake refund receipt to show my Bank ( ************** ) so they could open claim . The Bank informed me the the transaction numbers are irrelevant to the tracking numbers his bank would have provided.After a few more calls to EPM Machine co , **** ( owner ) refuses to give me any bank routing / tracking numbers .**** also told me that because I used my bank card that I was protected and my bank would give me my money back . He was very defensive during this conversation and when I told him I wanted my money back he told me he didnt have it . My Bank ( ************** ) will be opening a fraud investigation on Thursday 11/03/22 against EPM Machine ** After looking into reviews on EPM Machine ** , I found out that he is doing the same to multiple people and is the 4 th time he has changed his company name .       I am rejecting this response because:The tracking number they provided for my refund has no meaning. They where asked to provide a bank tracking / routing number as I was told to do so by my bank (************** ) . **** from EPM Machine ** has refused to provide that information and was very rude and defensive during that **nversation I was also told by **** that he does not have my money and I was protected by my bank because I used a debit card expecting them to **ver ***** dollars. My bank has no re**rd or can not track any refund using the transaction number that EPM Machine provided . ************** has opened a fraud investigation against EPM Machine **. EPM Machine ** is also doing the same thing to other customers, you can ****** EPM Machine ** Reviews. He also has a set of engine heads that I sent him , worth ******* dollars that he has not returned to me . Have shipping invoice from when I sent them . I purchased this engine  with EPM Machine ** started on February 16th 2022 and has yet to be resolved .

      March 11, 2022 I purchased and engine from *********************** at EPM Machine Co., he said would take 30 to 45 business days to ship. I kept in constant contact at first calling every month then after couple month calling every 2 weeks for updates, each time speaking with **** and each time getting different excuses, mainly that testing machine was down and couldn't get parts or the extreme heat, that they couldn't work for many hours, finally on September 08, 22 he offered a refund and I accepted and said it would take 5 to 7 business days to show up, well after 7 business days still no refund, called **** once again and he said needed to call my bank file claim it was out there floating in the air. I called my bank had them investigate and I also investigated and called his merchant as ************* to find out **** never even issued a refund, his merchant told me. **** has my money and the motor. We have since contacted the ************************ and filed a FRAUD complaint and also called **** back today as well and told him what I had found out to see if he wanted to resolve this and I was hung up on.

      This complaint was not resolved, they said they refunded money but the money was never refunded.  As I said in my complaint I spoke with his merchant which is square and they even told me he never issued a refund and spoke with my bank and I was never issued a refund back to my card.  I do not want this case closed as resolved because it is not.  This man is a FRAUD!!!

      Company manager (****) refuses to return my $2500 refund. I ordered a engine from this shop on November 18th 2021, it was supposed to *********** weeks to build. After 6 months I asked if i could get a refund because I had yet to receive my engine. MR **** to me he would send 100% of my money back but I have yet to receive it. I have called and tired to talk to him but he hangs up on me or tell me the money was sent its out there somewhere. I have my bank look but they said its not there. I have a email from **** showing it was sending the money back

      He then changed the order to a long block. Due to supply chain & labor issues all of our orders are taking longer than expected. The change order added to the delay.

      We offered ****************** a full refund and he accepted.

      We issued the refund June 8, 2022 in full.

      ****************** canceled the card used to make the purchase and provided another card number from the same bank for the refund.

      The refund left our account the very next day but ****************** says he hasn't received the refund.

      We recommended that he contact his bank concerning the refund and different card numbers.

      I am rejecting this response because:I informed MR. **** that the bank updated my card before he was supposed to send my refund. MR. **** told me it did not matter as long as it was the same bank. My credit union  south east federal credit union) looked for the transaction and informed me it had yet to be posted to my account after talking to Mr. **** again he told me he sent it and I quote ( its ** in the air somewhere if u dont have it file a dispute with your bank).. I then talked to the bank and they told me they couldnt file a dispute because of the length of time. Mr. **** has been rude and seem to have no interest in resolving this. 

      i did change the order from a shoe block to a long block but was told all it was required to do that was to add heads and they already had them. The delay was not due to labor or parts for the engine I ordered. mr. **** told me several times the delay was from his equipment failing and not being able to get it back in operating order

      I am rejecting this response because: The engine was already completed when I changed it for a short block to a long block. To change from a long block to a short the only thing needed to be added was the heads. Mr **** told me the heads was in stock and would only take days to assemble and they he would ship them mounted on the engine. The engine was already before I added the heads. Because of failed equipment at mr **** shop. He claim he was waiting on parts to fix his equipment to test the engine.. I waited another month before I decided to just get a refund. after t asked for a refund, **** told me i would get it in full . I told him my back updated my card and that I now have a different card number than the one I used for the purchase. **** said he didnt need the new card number because it was the same bank and that he would sent it.. after two weeks of nothing I called **** and ask if he sent it or could I told to the person who handles his accounting to which he told me he sent it, its floating around out there somewhere and told me I have to get my bank to find it or file a dispute then he hung up on me. I talked to me bank they searched my account they went back to the old card to see if it was sent there and told me nothing was sent. I still havent received anything. My bank cant file a dispute because of the time frame. Mr **** has not be willing to provide the company or person he says handles his accounting or have any interest in getting this solved. This and the way he has unprofessionally went about this have me to believe this company is a scam

      I purchased an engine from EPM Machine Company (LCHS Enterprises LLC) on August 12, 2019. After using the engine twice, it blew up. There is a 7 year 70k mile warranty. EPM picked up the engine after 2 months and said they were building another and would ship it out when completed. After months of calling, I was told the engine would ship out the day before Thanksgiving 2020. It never shipped. In January of 2021 I was again told the engine would ship this week and again it didn't. I asked for a refund and was told the motor again was shipping in July 2021. Never did. The business is now ignoring my calls. The last thing I was told on August 12 2021, the engine shipped and the carrier would contact me. They never did. It is now September 15th 2021 and I am no closer to getting my engine or refund. I really want a refund due to lack of confidence with this company. I am making payments on a boat with no engine for 2 years now.
