      I purchased 2 sweatshirts in March 2024 and still have not received them. The company contacted me in April saying there was going to be a delay and offered me a free bracelet. Later they sent me notification that the items had been delivered, but the tracking was for a different state. They offered to reship the items. It has been months and I still dont have the items I paid for and they are no longer responding to my emails. I want a full refund.

      I ordered a sweatshirt on 4/28/2024 and have not received it. I received an email a few days later stating it was going to take longer than the 3 promised days to ship and offering me a bracelet to go with it. I finally got tracking info showing it was delivered to ********** on May 21st and my shipping address is not CA. I have reached out several times via email asking for updates or refund with no response. No updates or response through the entire month of June. There is no contact info anywhere that I can find to reach a person by phone. Im feeling scammed.

      I ordered a sweatshirt I never received. I reached out to the business in May 10th and they apologized and said they had an error in shipping . They confirmed they would express deliver to me. I reached back out on May 31st and a couple times after , as I have not received the product or a refund.

      I purchased a women's medium yellow "Be the Light", sweatshirt for $29.95 on April 25, 2024. They sent me an email saying it was shipped and on it's way on May 15. I checked the tracking number periodically. It would update from out of country into ********** then says delivered in *********, **********. I have emailed twice asking for help with my order #**** and I receive an automated response from an AI site called Zendesk. Global Logistics tracking number:*****************. I can see now through all of the other filed complaints that this is a fake company set up just to take your money. I would like a full refund.

      Date ordered was April 1st, 2024 I ordered a sweatshirt and bracelet for *****, which was charged to my account. Two weeks later, I received an email saying it had been delivered to my mailbox, which it had not been, and had been offered somewhere in *******. I contacted the company and told them what happened, and they asked if I wanted a return or a new shipment. I asked for a new shipment and never received it. I then asked for a refund but have still not received one. I have sent several emails telling them I want my money back and have heard nothing from them.

      Purchased a sweatshirt from this company paid for it and never received item. They have no customer service and refuse to answer and emails and messages through instagram (site I purchased through.) *** reached out a dozen times multiple ways and there is no response yet they continue to post. *************************************************

      Purchased 2 sweatshirts online and paid $59.90 on September 14, 2023 and have yet to receive them. I have emailed repeatedly asking for information and never received any response. Finally I just emailed them asking for a full refund - again absolutely no response.
