PDX Renovations was great to work with while purchasing the home we were selling. We ran into a roadblock with a renter move-out issue and they worked with me to help find a landlord attorney, and also moved the closing date out a month to give us more time to deal with this issue. ******* and **** were easy to deal with, very thorough and professional too. I would definitely sell to them again. They made this sale as smooth as it could have possibly been, especially under the circumstances we had to deal with.PDX Renovations LLC Response

With ******** ever changing landlord tent laws, we find that very few attorneys anymore, can understand and know those ever changing laws. So we are glad that we were able to bring you to one that was able to help. We use this gentleman very much and have done over a 100 evicitons with him in the last two years due to these complex laws.

The folks at *** **** were with me each step of the way in what was a complex and difficult situation with our property. One, getting a squatter out (the lawyer they recommended and with whom we worked was highly effective and very fairly priced). Two, we had medical bills and payment deadlines to meet, and wanted to avoid default/foreclosure on the house, all of which we were able to do because of the expertise and efficiency of the folks at *** ****. Three, working with them helped streamline this complex situation, avoided too many middle-men and their fees (the title company they work with included really professional and efficient people), and the representatives of *** **** themselves were really pleasant and knowledgeable. If youre in an unfortunate bind with your property as we were, and are amenable to as fair a price as is actually reasonable, in a very efficient timeframe, *** **** is a viable option. In our situation they helped to finally bring a very trying situation to a more decent end.PDX Renovations LLC Response
