They turned my near-teardown inherited house into a safe, beautiful, clean, like-new home and earned me a successful, problem free sale. I recommend them wholeheartedly, with the caveat that there might be communication issues, and you'll need to manage those closely for maximum success with their team.Highlights:* Contracted to do a whole rehab on a home that was on track to be a total tear down.* Of 5 contractors PQC came in with most comprehensive bid.* *** was our point person and had a great eye for redesign opportunities.* PQC crews were respectful of property and mindful of potential sound concerns * Personnel issues were handled professionally, discreetly, and the site was kept well secured.* Tile, surface finishes, paint all stand out good!* Great recovery from mistakes and errors.Work Done:* All new siding: ****** board with all new underlay and all bad plywood replaced.* A new trex deck,* New fencing on 2 sides of the house.* Full renos on both bathrooms. * All new light fixtures and switches inside and out.* All new kitchen appliances. * All new kitchen counters + tiling.* All interior paint, flooring, and finishes were replaced. * Drywall patching was extremely well done. Superb surface matching and paint matching.Lowlights:* Plumbing was a little weak, but was remedied immediately on notice.* Communication was spotty when Val was not available.STANDOUT HIGHLIGHTS!* They manage subcontractors well and steered us away from a foundation contractor who tried to steer us to $50k+ in work when the issue was actually with framing and was fixed for ~$5000.* We had an emergency issue with a leak and *** had someone fix the leak same day, and the damage in ************************************************************* the greater ******** metro area.
