I was promised to be matched with somebody in my industry, and that my rsum would be written, professionally as though it was underwritten by a mortgage underwriter it wasnt they didnt even know the terminologies they put in that I made recommendations for credit not that I made credit decisions, which is what I did When I tried to ask them to fix it they wouldnt, and I asked for a refund and they refused

I got to work with ************** sent her a link to the job I wanted, and my current resume.Her rewrite was superb!!I sent 5 resumes out-5 call backs 4 job offers.One of them was the job link I sent.I am over the moon. I feared coming out of retirement my resume wouldn't compare.This has also helped me regain confidence in myself.If you're uncertain- just do it anyway. Horrible. Delivered way past deadlines and did not get any revisions. So many errors and sentences that don't make sense. Please do NOT purchase from topresume. Beware!Top Resume Pros Response

TopResume did not provide a quality product and refuses to provide any type of refund for the lack of delivery. I provided my current resume, provided detailed summaries, and they used a generic template that was not visually appealing or professional. They put buzz words into my text in ways that didn't make sense and had significant grammatical errors in the first draft. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service that they have provided and they have refused to provide any type of reimbursement. They only offer to provide more reviews and other free services. I don't have time to deal with them, I completed my resume myself with the help of coworkers, and they are still going back and forth. I requested a reimbursement, and they have refused.Top Resume Pros Response

I was recommended to TRP by a friend who had used them for her resume as well, and Im so glad she put me on to them. I had a great experience with my writer, and she seemed very knowledgeable. I was stuck working a job a didnt enjoy, and had applied to a few jobs that I thought would suit me better. After not getting calls back for a couple of months, I decided maybe I needed to work on my resume. I was able to get a job I wanted almost immediately after working with TRP.
