Next adventure online sale person **** failed to fill my internet order, made false promises over the phone, and never returned my phone calls after promising he woul. Numerous calls were placed to reach **** but all I got was he was working on my order and would get back with me of course no action by **** to fulfill his verbal promises were kept and hence a complaint for his actions is being filed for action and to bring to light the scrupulous practices being conducted at the online ordering operations.

Hello ****, Thank you for your feedback and our phone conversation on March 25. We pride ourselves on our customer-first approach and in this case we clearly did not live up to our own values. We have completed an extensive review of this issue and found that indeed, mistakes were made by our team. During a downloading process, a number of products showed up at 83% below our actual cost. Once we became aware of this, the prices were immediately corrected and customers who ordered those products were informed of the error and that their orders would need to be canceled. To make matters worse, there was miscommunication among our team about who was responsible for getting back to you, resulting in your unreturned phone calls which we genuinely apologize for. As the owner of Next Adventure, I do not take negative customer experiences lightly. I offered to call you personally to discuss this situation with you by phone and I was pleased that you accepted. I am further pleased that we have arrived at a mutually acceptable solution and I sincerely thank you for providing us with the gift of actionable feedback.
