    On January 30th, 2024 I placed an online order from subway to be delivered to my home at about 9pm. I had ordered on the subway website and was billed by subway. After placing my order I received one text message from door **** stating they would be delivering my order, about 30 minutes later I received another text fro. Doordash stating that subway had either modified or canceled my order and to contact subway directly. Subway employees did not answer the phone that night or several days after. I spoke to one employee on the phone who took my number and said a supervisor would contact me. A few days later I received text message from so.eone asking if I had inquired about a canceled order, I responded through text, only to be asked to go into my subway account and cancel the order (it doesn't even show in recent orders as it was cancelled) I explained this and was told to call doordash and the person refused to answer any further. I called doordash, they advised that my order and payment information is with subway and they can do nothing to help, they tried to call the location as well and no one would answer. I again called the location and an employee answered, he was rude, cut me off, cursed at me and told me I should call back to talk to someone else. I have the emailed receipt showing that my order was received and shows the charged amount for the food and for the delivery. My cashapp shows the charged amount being paid to subway. As a family with children, this has been stressful trying to get refunded for food that was never received, and its gone on so long I don't know what more I can do to resolve this. It just seems absurd that they can bully and ignore people to avoid a refund that is absolutely due. I even tried to dispute the transaction through cashapp but that was even denied.
