            I ordered a pair of vintage blue handmade brogue formal shoes. The shoes arrived over a month late, and upon arrival they looked entirely different from the advertised pictures and are made from a different material than what is advertised (vegano leather). I sent an email requesting refund, and never received a response of any kind. I want a refund in full for this product since it is not what is advertised.

            I ordered a pair of shoes from the online site in March 2022. I received the shoes and they werent what the picture was. They were a cheap version of the shoes in the picture. I returned the shoes to stepbrother and requested a full refund. They responded with keep the shoes and well return $25 of my money. I didnt agree. I want all my money. They sent me the address in ***** to return the merchandise. I did per instructions. I returned the merchandise on April 1, 2022 and till this day they have yet to refund my money.
