      Redeems points when you werent even seen. Also try to deny it cosmetiq medicine, I have proof. I have emails and texts. I was never seen by you, all due to me not wanting to call to give you my credit card over the phone for some deposit. Never in the 3+ years have I had to do a deposit with you. Then be shady and redeem my points and locked me out of my point system. Shady business and horrible way to treat someone that way loyal to your business!

      Hello *******, thank you for expressing your concern & we appreciate your continued business with us throughout the past 3 years. It is a new standard policy for us to require a $50 deposit for each client that schedules an appointment to avoid no shows/last minute cancellations. This is common with any practice. After disregarding this policy with your case & booking your appointment without a deposit for you anyways, it look like you were not able to make it & did not notify us, so we marked it as a no show, which is why we have the new policy enforcing deposits in the first place. Regarding your points, we expressed to you that we have a new employee with us on Saturdays that is in training, she was checking the point system separately from matching chart documents, which is why she missed the "no show" notification next to your appointment on the schedule. You are very welcome to call or meet our lovely new employee ***** who works only on Saturdays & ask her yourself. We thanked you for letting us know of this as it helps her to better train & let you know that your *********************** your account, which you have NOT been locked out of either, we don't even have access to do that. Moving forward, we understand if you do not want to come back in, we loved having you as a client & just want to express to you the situation on our end. Thanks again.

      Funny shall I send the text messages back to you? Saying in order for me to keep my appt I needed to call before the appt to pay the deposit I also have an email stating points were redeemed from you guys. I guess the email is lying to right? I have texts, emails, and NEVER PAID A DEPOSIT ONCE SINCE GOING THERE. **** texted and then called while I was at the hospital, saying or you can keep 2:30, at 2:15pm after being told I needed to pay a deposit. But keep lying. Texts and emails dont lie. Also I have proof I never ever paid a deposit in over 3 years. Never spoke to a *****. So whomever you are talking about isnt **** like I said shady way to treat people. If youd like to see the emails Id be happy to send them to you about the points, I also will be happy to send you the screen shots of the texts sent by your workers.

      Hello *******, this is **** here. I think there is a misunderstanding, I was explaining to you that the deposit to keep an appointment is a new policy that is recent to avoid no shows/last minute cancellations, that is why you didn't pay a deposit in the past. We didn't implement it before, it is a new policy we started a couple of months ago. There are also different employees on the phone in the back office than on reception in the front that check & help with points & charts. I was helping you schedule on the phone, however, ***** was the one going through the appointments that day (Saturday) to check off who came in & didn't with the charts & points. Again, I checked on my end & you still have 200 points in your account & there is no difference there. We understand you were not able to make it to your appointment & do not hold you accountable for it, we all get busy sometimes. Thank you for understanding ??
