We were contacted by this advertising company to manage our ******** page. They agreed to make updates to the page as well as post and advertise. After we made the payment of $500 the communication went to non-existent. No page updates were made. No posts. They ended up running an 1 ad from an old page that didnt get any response. Terrible communication. I let them know we were unhappy and our request for a refund went completely ignored. We would have been happy if they at least fixed the ad and ran it from the right page but the lack of communication got us nothing.Business response

To whom it may concern,
I reached out to the other party (*******) from ******** & Associates at 1pm today. She agrees that both parties had a communication error. We offered to give her a free 30 days of ads and do some graphic design work for her company to restart the relationship. She agreed and she told me she will reach out to the BBB to let you know it has been resolved to her satisfaction.
