I received my order from the company called Light Roaster on the week of April 8th. It was a pair of sunglasses. The item did not suit me, so I decided to return it. I reached out to the company via email to request a return, at least 6 times, since I received the sunglasses. I have received no responses from them. The company website says they accept returns, and to email them for a return authorization number. This would be great, except that they do not respond to their customer support email address. I cannot locate a phone number for them. I ended up shipping the sunglasses back on my dime with a letter to the company explaining that I need a refund and that I have emailed them 6 times with no replies. I still have not heard from them. I shipped the sunglasses back last week (week of April 30th). My order# is 8369. My name is ***********************.
