I took my car in to get the sunroof fixed as it would not open and it was tilted. I had an appointment on March 8at 8am. After waiting for the repair I was told by ****** to come back to the shop after waiting 3 hours just to be told that the sunroof tilts open and close but does not retract. I was then told it might be the switch as ******* husband was not sure. I paid to have the part ordered and shipped to my house. I was then told by ****** if the part didnt work to text her as thats the easiest way to contact her and she will see have me come back to fix it. The replacement part did not work and *** tried to contact her numerous times via text and phone calls and have not received a response what so everInitial Complaint

I was discriminated against and denied service without reason. Completely disappointed in their customer service. We explained I desperately need to fix my car's leak in the moonroof to be fixed because I had mold in my car (already remediated) causing me to have severe respiratory and health problems. I was granted funds from my healthcare insurance (**********) through a program that covers health-related expenses that aren't billable to insurance. I used this application to pay for my mold remediation at a different location without issue. My doctor has been helping me advocate for myself for this issue for nearly a year now, and RCS is getting in the way of my care and betterment. RCS would not have to fill out any form or sign anything beyond accepting the payment when it is mailed to them, and performing the repair service.My partner explained the situation to the person at RCS on the phone because I have difficulty speaking from my health issues caused by the mold. We explained we wouldn't book the appointment until they received the payment (check) from my healthcare company. RCS refused to send us a quote by email after telling us on the phone it would be 700 dollars. Our next step will be contacting the better business bureau. The money is valid, from a reputable source, that will pay before services, and we are simply trying to have an improved quality of life. This is unacceptable and discriminatory behavior towards low income people with health issues, especially if you are the only place in town who can perform this type of service repair.
