I arrived at **************** (***) on Wednesday, 17th January. Due to the weather and road conditions, my friends could not meet me. I got a taxi from Broadway Cab to take me to The ************* in ***********. When I arrived, the driver told me the cost would be $136. I told him to charge me $150 due to the weather conditions. He did not give me a receipt. He lifted my bags from the trunk and placed them in the middle of the parking lot and drove off. When I checked my credit card a couple of days later, I found the charge was $195. I contacted the company and my credit card company. The controller at Broadway Cab said she would look into. My credit card company will not refund me the money as I do not have a receipt. I would like too be reimbursed for the extra $45.Customer response

I would like to thank you for helping me with issue. I received a check today from Broadway Cab and the issue is ow resolved. ***********************
