This is a scam. I wish I would have read these review before I paid them $600 to get the licensing/credentialing done. They took my money, then completely stopped talking to me. I've filed a complaint with the BBB but I'm guessing my $600 is gone. Don't be like me!Review from Jane A

This company last March promised to help set up my telehealth company after $600 was paid including website and 20% paid to them back for all the services they do once business is running. Later I paid them $250 for insurance.They don't want to talk to me on video call. Credentialing has taken for ever, they don't answer calls. Workers change every second. I am ***************************, and I'm sharing my review after a year of utilizing NP Telehealth services. As a 60-year-old nurse, I appreciate the opportunity they gave me to provide telehealth services. Despite not being tech-savvy, their team supported me at every stage. They offered a comprehensive package including insurance credentialing, website design, patient roster management, and more. The services were excellent, delivered within a genuine timeline, and I'm grateful for the overall support.Review from LBeth A

NP Telehealth is a scam. Perhaps if you have your own company and credentialing they may provide you a roster. But in general they took money and have done nothing for months. Theres no communication whatsoever. There is always an excuse and the employee turnover is constant! Ive given access to their employees to confidential log ins and then later find out they were fired !!! Again, zero communication and professionalism. Additionally they have not credentialed me and many others I know with even one company! Absolute scam.Review from Chad M

I don't have much to say, I started in March 23, received my licences and enrollment in May 23. I felt one problem that I had to chase but I think it was my duty too to follow up.Training completed by me in 35 days, I received HIPAA and telehealth certificate along with federal communications commission certificate. Now my patient roster is also ready to go. Thanks team, just request you to be proactive.Review from Cheryl C

NP Telehealth seems sketchy to me from the start. And I think it all revolves around their communication. They set up meetings and then they miss the meeting. In a few days you get a text asking if you have any questions. Like first of all, dont text me, we haven't create that relationship. Be professional and call me like you were supposed to and give me a good explanation of what this is, how do I benefit, and how do you benefit. Its a scary process and they make it seem extremely shady. I am also part of a huge following of NPs with their own practices on ******** and a discussion came up regarding NP Telehealth; we all agreed to stay clear awayReview from Andrea C

I joined this company in July 2022, setup took time but finally my hard efforts getting some responses. This review is for all nurses.Dear, If you are joing this company for fast patients appointments and income then it might be frustrating for you. They will provide you website, ******, scheduler, patients etc quickly but booking appointment is really hard. I am working part time for my own practice and I am now satisfied with the final result.I gave 4 stars becasue they provided what comitted. *****, you have to impliment effective business communication, by the entire team is sweet and hardworking. I have joined np telehealth in dec 22 and I have started receiving patients as comitted by np telehealth team. I am writing this review becasue this program is so helpful and if you are one of applicant, may be it can be helpful review for you before joining them.Pro:1. Easy to reach by call, text or live chat 2. Bulk of insurances being credentialed by them without out of pocket 3. Receivied my free emr, ehr login 4. Received trained ****** and coders for operations and best thing is, I am not paying for them.there are lot many other things like free operational website, telehealth setup etc are full of powerful package they are contributing for medical professionals.Con's:Slow credentialing process (it is becasue insurance take time)Have to keep lots of patience with them Poor website developwer and I have shared the feedback to them and hope they will improve it.They work in cst time zone only and their support window is very short (08 am to 2 pm only)Email response time is 48 hours.by the way, if you are planning for business and have spirit to have independent clinic then have kick start from here. *********************
