21 Century is the biggest con company I've ever delt ******* father was visiting our home from out of town and his car was going to be parked either in front of our house or in guest parking. We HOA but have a guest parking that would cover him for parking as long as he was not parked in the same spot for 72 hours. Our guest parting was full so, we decided to have him park in front of our home. The tow company towed him at 5:15AM.We have a camera system that was saw him hooking up to the car. I drove to the location about 40 minutes after the tow. I spoke with the person who towed the car, and he proceeded to tell me that because he had the guest parking ticket in his window that he needed to be in guest parking. And said "You need to take it up with your HOA"There was BS this company was telling me as well.I contacted my HOA and told them the situation along with the video I had, and my HOA said I was not breaking any parking rules in that situation. My HOA president contacted this company and after a week of trying to get a hold of them.21 Century towing told them the reason the car was Towed was because it was parked "Too far into the road/street" I proceeded to show them a picture of the video we have, showing the car lined up with 2 other vehicles that were parked right in front of the car they towed. It also showed that the car was practically touching a **** on the ***********, they were totally trying to BS my HOA so they can justify a tow! I have you on Video!!! This place is a total ************ They've never been held accountable and take advantage of any situation they can. It's apparent that their drivers get paid per TOW!

my vehicle when they showed up and the city had just changed my toe to a hazard toe after telling me that they would help me get my car home I'm trying to steal it but they laughed when I told him I would rather use my own towing and hooked up my car anyway and refuse to let us pay for it when we got to the address that they were willing to take it to because they weren't willing to take it to my home they were only willing to take it to their tow yard for some reason. they sent me a lien after a few days and have multiple numbers and addresses online so it's difficult to get a hold of anybody, they told me it had been auctioned off less than 30 days from the notice of lien and I think 30 days after it being towed. it says online at the law is that they have to give you a minimum of 30 days if it's over $1,000 and I had more than $1,000 in the stuff in my car including $200 of EBT food for a toddler which would be considered EBT fraud if anybody else had sold it... probably more than $300 worth of children's clothes and all of my toddlers favorite outfits which she had helped pick... if every item has been brought brand new it probably be close to a thousand dollars. some of the items were purchased at a thrift store and were high-end or vintage. A bellow freezing sleeping bag. My inhaler. Many other important items to my child and their car seat and a million other things that I thought would only be separated from for an hour. hey little yellow dinosaur eraser that my middle daughter gave me before I got separated from her and haven't seen in 3 years... there were so many things that were irreplaceable in that car to me

The people here were COMPLETELY rude, nasty and sloppy! They were unsympathetic and careless. They charged me a different price than what was displayed on the gate. When I inquired why I was getting a different price than what was clearly posted, the red head troll working the front desk told me to take it up with the owner and that it changed a couple of days prior. I stated that price is not posted so how can I ensure you're not just upping the price on me. When I tried to oblige, she said he was out on vacation! So I asked how did she want me to take it up with him or could I get a contact number for him. She then replied, "I don't give out his number". So at this point I'm like okay so how do we resolve the issue. She nonchalantly stated that she didn't know and I needed to figure it out. Then another rude employee stated that if I didn't pay soon, they were going to kick me out! Kick me out because I'm trying to understand why you all are charging me a different price than what's listed literally right outside the door! They are doing shady business her and need to be investigated! ASAP

This towing company towed my car with my grandmother handicap permit. This should be against the law especially with a handicap permit in it. The prices are overrated! They are careless and rude! They shouldnt even be allowed to tow a car with a handicap permit in it at all. It should also be against the law to charge ridiculous prices. Its bad enough to be disable but getting your car towed is out of control. This business needs to be looked at all around. Plus they are reckless when moving vehicles and should be reliable to over damages when moving vehicles. This needs to be addressed and stopped!

The driver towed my car on purpose saying "I'm making money". My tag could be viewed on the side, but he just took picture of the front permit. The rude lady on the phone said "We need to pay people". Okay in my expense. I hope karma gets them. Will be reporting them to the city and s*** the business down for good. They are not nice.

This company is a bunch of bottom feeding dwelling b****** That just recently think its ok to threaten violence on me. And on top of that not just me but my family too? My dad is over 55 years old, what business does 21st century run that makes it ok to threaten with violence. They took my vehicle twice knowing where I lived but still took my truck for a fast few dollars. After I paid the tow fee on the way out checked my vehicle for damages. And 5 dudes came out telling us we better leave or else. And going towards as if they are going to get physical. I wouldnt have cared if they were mad at me because I had an attitude. But you threaten family who was dropping me off to get it. 21st century towing I dont make threats, I make promises. Soon you all better be starting to look for a new day job. Dont not even f****** threaten my family with harm and scare them telling them that you know where I live. F*** you 21st century towing and Going to erase you for everything thinking its ok to involve family in our issue. See you soon in court, I hope your stupid f****** *** ***** make it to court. Every dog gets his day and soon Im going to have mine ?? wish I could give negative stars

Absolute garbage. No value placed on communication, was told 3 different things by all 3 associates I spoke to on the phone; one went as far as to ************** my supervisor and hung up on her multiple times. Company took no accountability for showing up 30 minutes late to a site that they specifically emphasized that we the costumers had to be on-time for. Complete disregard for service; scummy operation
