This was a no show and no promised communications on the date of the scheduled service. I called and texted the owner of this company (one of the two owners) in March to discuss the service I wanted in May, and the rate. I then received her email confirmation. I booked a late-night to early-morning pick-up at the ****************************** for a relative arriving from out of state to be driven to Salem. I was informed that the owner would text or call my relative as soon as her plane landing, informing her of her driver's name and other identifiable information. I was informed the driver would be holding a sign with my relative's name on it. None of this took place. My female relative obtained the help of a PDX transportation supervisor to see if the car and driver for her was one of the cars waiting where she was supposed to meet them. Nobody was waiting for my relative. She and I also called the cell number to the owner of Executive Towncar and left voicemails. Neither one of us ever received a call back. After much time went by, I found alternative transportation for my relative. I lost hours of sleep over this, and it was the morning of my wedding. This was information the owner knew when I initially scheduled this transportation. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
