      I ordered uniforms for my grandson in the beginning of June 2024 to take advantage of the the order early 15% discount thinking if I order early I will beat the rush. Since my grandson would not be starting school until Aug 06. Well here we are $300 later and I still dont have my complete order. A week before he was to start school we scrambled and went to the local store her in ******* and were able to allocate 3 of the 6 polos I ordered.. Considering how long Dennis Uniforms have been in business the level of customer service you get when call is ridiculous. You get no answers as to what the hold up is. They only tell you what you see on the Website which is absolutely nothing. The level of communication is a joke no emails informing you they are having technical difficulties no emails informing things are back ordered. Supervisors do not call you back. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call for about 4 weeks and again was told today I would be out on the list for a call back.The sad part is that we have no recourse as we are told by the school we have to get the uniforms from Dennis they take your money but dont send you the merchandise you ordered. All they can say is the order is being prepared for shipping what exactly does that mean? Are they making the shirts one by one. Tell me how long does it take to to pack 3 shirts and put them in the mail. You cant get an ETA. My grandson is in kindergarten and he needs an extra uniform at school and I cant even provide him one because I dont have a shirt to give to the school. At this point I am beyond upset considering the prices we pay for these uniforms does match the level customer service we receive.. The CEO/Owner of Dennis Uniforms should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of hardworking people who are left with no choice but to put up with level of service they provide.

      STAY AWAY FROM DENNIS UNIFORMS. Go get your uniforms on Lands End or any other competitor that sells school uniforms. This company is an absolute disaster. I ordered uniforma for my childrens school SEVEN WEEKS AGO and I still am missing more than half my order. I ****** three weeks ago concerned about the delivery time and I was assured the uniforms would be delivered before school started. Now first day is a week away and they are saying the order is stuck and cannot guarantee they will have the uniforms on time. This is not the first time this happens. I have no idea how this company is still in business. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

      I placed 3 orders from June 14-June 28th and not one of those orders has been completely fulfilled. Everything said 2-3 weeks expected shipment date and I only started receiving any items about 6 weeks after ordering. We will not have the uniforms my kids need to start school this week. When I contacted support they said it would ship mid to late August...that is ***** weeks (if can trust that--it is now mid-August and nothing has updated to shipped). I asked to rush the chapel uniform shirt and some bot email me back calling me "*****"---my name is not *****. How sincere. I really wish this company had not bought out our previous supplier. I had ZERO issues last year and I had to get even more items as my kids were both new to school.

      Awful company with unfriendly employees. My kids school was forced to switch to Dennis after they acquired a local uniform store that had serviced the school for decades. Its been a total nightmare. The majority of items have to be back ordered (although your credit card is immediately charged) and orders take months to be fulfilled.Their response to all inquiries: Our distribution center is currently requiring a slightly longer than usual processing time for orders due to a high volume of back-to-school shopping and our entire team is working tirelessly to get it to you as soon as possible.Theyve had the same standard copy/paste response for two years but have obviously not taken any steps to correct the processing issues at their distribution center.

      Absolutely terrible service. I ordered uniforms for my daughter 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive over half of my order. She starts school tomorrow and does not have a single polo shirt to wear. I called their customer service line 2 weeks ago and was told that my items would be shipped by the first week of August and yet they are still not here. I have been trying to reach a manager for the past three days and no one will return my phone calls or emails. The service is absolutely awful and I cant believe this company is still in business.

      The local side did not have any of the potential sizes my daughter needed in stock in the store so she was unable to try them on. We ordered our best guess of the appropriate size. The store said they could not give me an ETA and that I would need to contact customer service. I thought it was unreasonable to expect me to place an order and have no idea when it will arrive. However Dennis is the sole authorized provider of uniforms for our school. After placing the order I contacted customer service repeatedly online through their site, by phone and in response to a text survey from the company and after two and a half weeks have still received no response at all to any of my inquiries about the status of my order. The customer service phone number is just a continuous loop that eventually hangs up on me. The website just provides and automated response that says thank you for your feedback, we will contact you. I called the store again and pleased for assistance. The store representative after **************************************************************************************************** to customer service. I paid upfront for school uniforms over two weeks ago and have yet to receive indication of ETA or even an acknowledgement of all of my inquiries. This is unacceptable behavior for an actual business and I am now wondering if I am being scammed. I cant imagine why a reputable school like ours would do business with such an unprofessional company, and I will provide the feedback to the school. School starts in one week and I have not even received the uniforms to try on and determine whether I have the right size. I want my order and I want to be compensated for the extremely time consuming process and all of the uncertainty.

      Have NEVER received my order! Two years in a row! First order was never fulfilled or shipped to me, I ordered in August and finally cancelled the order after waiting until January. Now *** ordered in stock items in early July, promised prompt shipping and still havent received them. Now wont have my kids uniforms in time for the start of school this Monday. No one answers the customer service phone number and automatically hangs up after 20 minutes of waiting on hold for the next available rep. ******* through email has no idea when the items will be shipped. Terrible customer service, horrible company who takes your money up front and NEVER delivers your goods.

      In reviewing your order, placed July 11th I do show that the shorts were shipped yesterday and will be delivered soon.       Since I know they lie about their delivery times, I ordered early, May 2024 and told 6 weeks to get item, they did not update me on the status as their website (updated on July 23) states they will. I have been following up since I place the order 13 weeks and 3 days ago, and still have no idea when I will get the item. Picture day is Thursday and that includes this item and they have no idea when it will arrive.

      In reviewing your order placed May 4th for the Blazer I see an internal error that prevented the shipment of this product and have escalated the concern to my warehouse manager to get this item shipped ASAP. The pull on sweatpants from your other order placed June 11th is finishing up in production and will be shipped once completed.

      I ordered 11 items over a month ago and only received one. The link to review shipment status shows the items have not shipped. I emailed and called and cannot reach anyone. I spent over $400 and cannot get anyone to communicate. This is a terrible company to deal with. I just want my money back, so I can order from an competitor and hopefully have my son dressed properly in time for school.

      Our distribution center is currently requiring a slightly longer than usual processing time for orders due to a high volume of back-to-school shopping and our entire team is working tirelessly to get it to you as soon as possible.

      Of the remaining unshipped items the Jacket and the 4 Jersey polos were listed as pre-order at the time of check out with a 4-5 week production estimate. Based on the information available the polos are currently aligned to that 5 week estimate and once completed will be shipped. The Jacket has experienced a delay and will be available Late August. 
      The 5 Tech Mesh polos have just completed production and will be shipping soon, a separate email with tracking information will be provided once shipped.

      Placed an order for a feminine fit oxford for the school year. They sent a boys shirt. Were very helpful initiating an exchange and they sent the new item out quickly. I received another boys shirt. Asked to return the shirt for a refund as I went through a different company and got the correct shirt asap. They will refund only $47 of the $58.03 I returned. I understand not refunding the shipping cost if I made an error in ordering but this was their error and I am out the shipping money. They are out nothing even though they made the mistakes.

      Upon reviewing the photos you submitted, I can confirm that the item you received was indeed a feminine fit oxford from one of our substituted vendors. Some of our vendors offer a pocket on both their feminine and masculine fit styles, which does not match with the displayed photos on our website. I apologize that this distinction was not properly communicated at the time of your original contact. 

      As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a refund for the remaining $10.95 shipping fee.
