      I purchased a car paid in full from this business and they have not provided me with the ****** to my car. I have made multiple requests and they always give me a different excuse as to why they did Can not provide it. They send me a letter saying they have 30 days to provide it but it hasnt been fulfilled. I paid $4950 for It and at purchase i was told I would receive the title in two business days it has now been 41 days and I still have not received my ****** and no one has made an attempt to contact me in regards to my title.

      Bought a travel trailer in Dec of 2021 bad enough that saw a sucker coming. We are still waiting on the title. Every time we call no return calls. And they say their title clerk doesn't do her job multiple excuses.Just want the title. I have put too much money into this trailer now. I believe 6 months is plenty of time. Can't do anything until I receive the the title to transfer to my name.*************************** ***************************.

      TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,


      My name is ******. I am the title clerk at Bob's Auto Sales, **** I am responding to a 
      letter/complaint we received. The complaint was submitted 5/24/2022 and was assigned ID of 
      ********. This is regarding the customer stating they did not receive the title for the unit they 
      purchased. I  want to apologize they did not receive the title. I did mail the title to Antonio 
      ****** at the address they provided on 12.10.2022. Unfortunately, it seems they didn't receive it. 
      When I did not hear from them anymore, I had assumed they had received the title. After reviewing 
      all documents, I was able to fill out a lost title application. I am sending lost title application 
      to ****** DMV with dealer expedite. Turnaround time normally is approximately 2 weeks. Once we 
      receive the title back from ****** DMV, I will mail it directly to the customer with a tracking 
      number. Especially with how the title that I mailed got lost in the mail, there definitely will be 
      a tracking number. I do sympathize with the customer. I do sincerely apologize. With how it was 
      lost in the mail, it was out of my control  I am happy that we are able to fix this and provide the 
      customer with a title. I am mailing the lost title application today 6.9.22. I am estimating to 
      have the title back to me by 6.24.22. I will call the customer and verify the address of where I am 
      sending the title. With this happening a tracking number will now be on everything I send out usps. 
      To sum this up, I mailed the original title to the customer on 12.10.2021. With the customer 
      stating they did not receive it tells me that it got lost in the mail unfortunately. We strive to 
      make our customers happy and help them in any way we can. Thankfully this will be resolved in a 
      couple of weeks. If there is
