They sold me a car with a salvage title AND told me the tires were brand new. They were in fact TEN YEAR OLD TIRES that just LOOKED new. They were dry rotted and I got stranded 10 hours from home trying to get to get back east for a family emergency involving my adolescent son! I never made it to him because of this. THEN, the manager **** had the audacity to INSIST they were new tires and REFUSED to replace them or reimburse me for the tires and the hotel expense I incurred because of their blatant LIES!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

This place gotta go! Purchased a vehicle from here August 25th, 2023 as soon as I came into the lot right of the bat was regretting it. Met with ** one of the dealers gave him the run down about how I have no license but I needed a vehicle and they cannot say they dont accept people without a license cause I know five people who have gotten a vehicle from them without one now their trying to flip the script on me saying why didnt I get my license regardless they still sold it to me and I was going to get my license but due to the car having extremely dark tint, no horn, all lights on including check engine and tire pressure etc the car also has a recall and was taken to a fire specialist to look over the transmissions which they stated there was no parts for it and it shouldnt of been sold then the manager gonna try an use his 15 year old son as an example basically saying I was making excuses (I was 19) due to me almost getting assaulted and robbed on public transportation they helped me get a vehicle I was forever grateful (Jj picked the car for me even saying that was all even though he told me to look at what I like) we went on a test drive and it was fine it wasnt until I went home and noticed all the lights came on I contacted ** he said he would reach out to his mechanic he never did Ive been contacting city auto for 3 months about my car because they claim they would help with anything I needed help with regarding the car long story short my car stopped working I contacted city auto ALL STAFF was completely RUDE and UNHELPFUL said we were a complicated family and completely ignored and shrugged my problems away now Im paying for a car and the insurance on it and Im still on the bus. Asked if I can do a trade since they sold me a damaged vehicle they said its not their problem. I work and Im in school also trying to get a second job and they just made things harder for me DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE CON ARTIST!!!!! FRAUD HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!

I would like to start off by saying, thank God I did not go to City Auto Wholesale in Milwaukee, OR. to purchase a vehicle, I accompanied my friend, as she was looking for a vehicle to travel with her dogs. From the very start i was thinking, (what kind of Mickey ***** place is this?)Condescending Salespeople, Bottom of the barrel inventory, as well as bad coffee. Long story short, we left with a vehicle that had to be towed back to City Auto Wholesale within a 45 day span of purchase. The car sold to my friend was (no doubt) previously owned by Mr. ******************** The car was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED BY A MECHANIC, AS WELL AS DANGEROUS TO ANYONE DRIVING IT. I could go on but enough time has been spent talking about this, as I told my friend.....Its time to consult with an Attorney. I am ashamed to live in the same state that this cartoon car lot does business. SEE YOU IN COURT CITY AUTO WHOLESALE!

This business should be shut down and never allowed to open again. This business lies, sells bad cars and then refuses to be responsible for their bad business practices. The shady way they work and the scamming people the way they do is reprehensible and should be looked into by some fraud agency. The manager and other employees are rude and conduct themselves in an unfavorable fashion. Stealing and lying is all anyone gets from them and they shouldn't be in business.

What a joke. Bought a car that I drove 100 miles and the CV Axle gave out. Called the dealer and they told me it's a good car if it made it 100 miles. *** windows in the front door fell out shortly after the purchase because they were duct taped to the rails inside the door. *** car was 2 quarts low on oil. ***y never did a safety inspection or could provide one to me. ***y couldn't even bother to empty the entire trash bag of ******** cans and cigarette packs out of the car. Now I am dealing with the fact that my temp tag is expiring tomorrow and they still haven't sent it to the ** DOL and they lied to me and told me it was sent days ago. I asked for the tracking info. ***y made the label while talking to me on the phone and haven't actually sent it and of course I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow with expired tags. Oh and let's not forget they told me if for any reason I don't want the car in 30 days I could bring it back and when I tried to bring it back because it's not a mechanically sound vehicle I was told they aren't honoring that guarantee. I'm currently working with an attorney and I'm sueing them. This place is a joke and I'd never recommend my worst enemy to shop here
