I had a great experience at this dealership. The team there was very professional and we had a smooth sale. I purchased an Audi, and it's fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Go somewhere else, if I could give 0 stars I would. Especially if you are buying out of state. No honesty or integrity. I exclusively dealt with ***/****** over the phone. I was interested in a single owner 4runner (usually a bulletproof vehicle) they listed which had a clean carfax in "Excellent Condition." He assured me everything was functional and working over the phone and was quick to urge me into leaving a deposit. He said there were no major problems. After everything closed out I had the car delivered to ********* to immediately find out the ** isn't working, the moonroof had been GLUED shut, and the carpets were spray painted! The car was delivered in a rainstorm and the roof was leaking leaving drips everywhere. I immediately called JD auto for *** to claim that the moonroof/ac were working when it left and directly quoting him "It is what is...."Reading through their reviews there was one review regarding this exact vehicle and its problems. What are the chances of that? Luckily for me, through the power of the internet, I was able to get ahold of the previous owners. They were more than happy to provide me a statement illustrating that they had sealed the moonroof due to a leak and the ** had failed. Instead of fixing the issues they opted to just sell the vehicle. ** auto didn't do anything to fix the issues and just took some good photos and passed the problem on to me. Definitely gross misrepresentation of a product to make a sale. My total quote to fix the issues amount to $5,800.I've been trying to rectify the situation and come to an amicable conclusion but my calls are being ignored. Nor have any of messages or requests to speak to the owner been answered. I hate getting cheated. 10/10 for the shady used car dealership experience.

At first I left a complaint about this business due to a problem with the 4x4 not working on the **** f350 I purchased from this business when I purchased it and not being told about the problem prior to purchase . But after communicating with the owner of the business he got everything figured out and ended up paying to get the part fixed on the vehicle
