      4/13/2023 me and my partner arrived arrived at Vital Auto Broker at approximately 6:00pm we were approached by a employee to buy a car. We looked around and spotted a 2009 ******* MKS and asked about it the employee said nothing it just needs a new battery we proceeded to the process of buying the car. The first thing is he told us the monthly payment would be $300 in the contract he wrote $400 we werent too worried because we were working good jobs at the time and was very excited to buy this vehicle we were first time buyers. When we got in the car we seen that the check engine lights were on and he told us the battery just needs to be unplugged to reset the car system. We went to go get the car read and the car had various problems and I confronted them about it and they said not to worry because they would help pay for any repairs to just find a mechanic, I found the mechanic and bought the parts for the car O2 sensors, fuel injectors, and a oil change was needed for this car. When the time came they did not help me with any cost. I went to DEQ to get the car read and they told me that the car could not get any signal and whoever sold me the car broke ****** law buy selling a car with A check engine light on. In the mist of all of this I noticed that 3 out of 5 studs were missing from my front right Wheel which is VERY dangerous. They lied to me about them going to repair it with no cost. When I tried to proceed to get this car registered I was informed by an employee that they werent even in possession of the car title the previous owner (car auction) still had it. The car was towed for not being registered and I did everything in my power to get this car registered coming out of pocket, finding mechanic, etc.. All due to this business doing bad business I took a loss and would like something done about it. Me and various other customers are having this same exact problem from this business and needs to happen they are damaging people names and reputation

      Fuimos al lote el da ***** 2022 como a las 11 de la maana, a ver dos autos publicados en *********** de ********* nos mostraron uno de los autos de marca ***************** y le hicimos prueba de manejo pero no nos gusto y nos enfocamos en el ********************* que no estaba listo para venderse , pero en la foto de marketplace apareca listo para entregarse e incluso no tenia fallas en los sensores del motor * Nos atendi una persona hispana que desde que llegamos estaba con muy mala actitud pero le pregunt que si era vendedor y varias veces dijo que si y la otra persona hablaba puro ingls * Guarde la calma y so***te ese trato *** que realmente me gustaba el auto , la persona que hablaba ingls rpido me pidi un depsito *** el de 500 dlares y slo le di 350 ***que eso traa en efectivo , tomo una copia de mi licencia y me dio un pagar que nunca le los trminos *** mi falta de conocimiento y ser la primera ves que haca una compra de un carro a crdito , me fui de ** como a la 1 pm sin antes decirme ellos que fuera al siguiente da para probarlo , que le pondran una batera y poner algunas cosas que estaban sueltas , regreso el da martes como a las 10 en cuanto abrieron el local para manejarlo y quizs poder trarmelo , pero al carro no le hicieron nada *** arreglarlo , le pregunto al hispano cuando lo tendra listo , dicindome que no saba ,pero con una actitud psima de servicio y luego el otro trabajador insistiendo que me llevar el que no me gusto o que me llevara ese as como estaba que no serva ni ********* para prenderlo , la verdad so***te demasiado a *** persona y le dije quera mi dinero de regreso , el le dijo al que hablaba ingls y me dijo que regr***ra a las 3pm que estara su jefe ,sali otra persona diciendo que era socio que el tendra listo el carro y me hablara en una semana pero insist que quera mi dinero ,me tuvieron 1 hora ms ** para mostrarme el recibo que no era reembolsable el dinero que di , me vine como a la 1 pm sin resolver nada *

      I am writing here again as the problem happened with the Vital Auto Brokers car agency with address at *************************************************, 97266.

      My wife and I went to the establishment on 10/24/22 for two cars that we saw on ******** market, a *** ***** and a ***** Cruze. Upon arriving at the place at around 11 am, we were greeted by a manager who did not speak Spanish and we He showed the *** to drive it and we didn't like that car and we told him that if we could see the Cruze, a Hispanic person had already taken care of us but in a very bad mood who as time went on tried to be a little more friendly and said he was Also a seller and mechanic of the cars that they sold, I tried to put up with their way of being a little because my wife really liked the Cruze and she lent me the keys to another one that they had to drive it and know how they drove Those cars and we liked it a lot, but it was a hatchback and not a sedan like the one in the publication, the person who did not speak Spanish insisted that we choose the *** because it was already ready and the Cruze had details to finish but we were already decided for the Cruze, the car had to the discharged battery and details in general of the bodywork and others, since the time was approaching to come and pick up our children, we had to come at around 1 pm, but before that this person asked us for a 500-dollar section of the car dollars but we only brought 350 dollars and they didn't accept cards and they promised that the next day they would put the battery in and fix the details, but they insisted that we take it as it was but we didn't want to, we returned the next day around the same time but to the car They hadn't done anything to him at all. The Hispanic began to evade us, I wasn't sure when he finished it, I didn't see him wanting to fix it at all, the other person insisted that I take the ***, from then on I didn't like the situation at all, my patience was at the limit because of this person, I asked him what I gave him in advance but he told me that I had to come back around 3:30 pm that the manager was there, they no longer took me into account for about an hour, then a person who claimed to be a member came out and asked me What was happening and I told him the problem, he told me that he promised to fix the car well, but I insisted that we wanted our money back, after a while he took out the paper where I had given the advance and that it said that it was not refundable, he told me I had to come to school again for my children at the same time, and without my money, I told a friend of mine who speaks English and he told me that he would talk to them, but he could not solve anything and that according to my deal he continued with them but that the money could not be returned to me and that We did what we wanted and he was the one who recommended that I file this lawsuit with you to see if I could solve something.
