Started mold remediation 2/28/2023 I will keep this section brief and attach all documentation.All documentation and letters have been sent to business via certified mail as of April 25th, 2023 Never given a firm contract, only bid attached.- They took all the wrong materials and lied about the amount of mold they found.- ******** was caught doing non work activities upwards of **** times by customer - Project manager was unable to get a hold of most of the time, was never on site and couldn't give an estimated completion date or status updates - Tried to manipulate in order to avoid a third party air test company to certify their work - Failed the third party air test as if no work had been done at all *website will not allow me to upload the rest of the mold reports and pictures*Business response

I had black mold in my apartment from water damage and my insurance company recommended ServPro southwest approxJuly 2022 they came out packed everything up from my apartment and were supposed to clean it or get rid of the non salvageable stuff. ServPro returned some of my things and a lot of them were damaged and broken also stained they sent a email to my insurance company saying that they had damaged some of my stuff.They are still holding some of my things even though they told me that they would be returned and just wouldnt show up or call they were over paid according to ************************* at my insurance company the ******** I hav had to try to get ServPro to talk to me but according to *** at ServPro the owner doesnt hv voicemail or a phone I have also filed a complaint with ServPro corporate and They servPro sweat told there corporate company that they had never herd of me Im very frustrated with them and I want them to pay for my damaged items and return the rest of my things . Regarding this complaint, we have had several issues with this customer, while working on the job we had several incidents of the customer berating and yelling at our team as well as throwing objects at them. We also had issues with the customer in question harassing our office by calling repeatedly, calling and pretending to be someone they were not as well as stating falsehoods of whom they were speaking to and what was said. We are also aware that many of the items she's claiming that we damaged had pre-existing damage and we have photo documentation thus we have no responsibility to repair. Also this customer has maxed out on their insurance policy due to the excessive inefficiencies due to the many non standard extreme demands and the customer has been given the option to pay remaining balance due for items and have them released. They were given this option several weeks ago and have yet to finalize. Due to all of these all encompassing issues and per our company policy and contract we cannot release the items in question until payment in full has been released to our office. Here are some text messages between me and Servpro also a response to Servpros response I never yelled or threw anything at anybody. I never called Servpro and pretend to be somebody else. But ******************* my ex husband did his phone number is ************. He would be happy to speak with you. I am including some photos of the many damaged and unreturned things and if my things were brought back in October like the messages say instead of Servpro always canceling or just not returning my phone calls I would not owe them anything. They would owe me for the damages.
