I ordered a human hair wig from this company. The wig arrived as synthetic with heavy shedding. I contacted them and asked for return and refund instructions. They responded with:Hi,We are really sorry that you feel unhappy with this order.As human hair all customized as your size ,so if you choose to return ,you need to pay restocking fee and shipping fee(as return policy written). And you return back ,we also need to wait long time to get the return and check it ,and you need to wait this time too,so we refund after these long process. How about we refund half to you directly now and you don't need to take extra money to ship them and longer time to get refund . What do you think?????iPhoneInitial Complaint

Upon receipt of the delivery, I immediately noticed it was the wrong color and wrong length. I immediately sent a email to customer service. At that time, they requested photos. Sent those. They continued to ask for photos. Obliged. Not even close to the 22 or the look that I paid for. See photos attached! Final, they want me to pay for shipping to return and they stated they had to charge me a 10% restocking fee when it IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED TO BEGIN WITH. Why should I pay ANYTHING when I never got the product I ordered?!Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
- the wig received is NOT what I ordered- the wig is a different color than what I ordered
- the wig is not the length of what I ordered
I want a refund or I will be taking legal action against this company. If it was an item I just decided I did not want, ok, a restocking fee should be charged BUT in this case, the company has not yet provided me what I ordered and paid for so therefore that is considered theft and fraud.
I need a full refund issued, or I will be submitting to law enforcement as well as my legal team.

I am rejecting this response because: ************ has operated under false advertisement and has provided a product that is not close to what I paid for, nor what was told that I was to receive. I need a FULL REFUND, IMMEDIATELY, or I will be filing a lawsuit for not only my refund but for damages of time, false advertisement and legal fees that will arrange from $4500 - $7500.Again, this company is operating under false advertisement, which is illegal and can be prosecuted.
