Wish I could give zero stars. This all started four years ago we bought a house that had a pellet stove decided we didnt like it went to bucks bought a brand new stove all the piping everything we needed to have a brand new woodstove replacement everything seemed great for about 3 1/2 years then we started hearing sizzling and then water leaking through where the chimney flashing is .come to find out the installer That buck recommended reused old flashingAnd it only lasted 3 1/2 years. Then Buck and his associate started playing the blame game instead of owning up to their responsibilities they tried to tell me that a leaky roof was normal when it rains real hard Or 4 1/2 years is a long time for it not to leak And he was trying to save me some money by reusing that old flashing when you spend $4200 on a stove piping and installation whats another $160 to replace the most important piece of the entire thing which is the flashing that keeps the water from pouring through.I could not Get buck or ****** to replace the flashing without charging me labor I was even willing to pay for the flashing since I didnt pay for it in the original invoice of Parts. Buck just got fed up with me and said you can have a flashing but youre on your own. So buyer beware Buck and his associate ****** do not stand by their work.

There are 3 sides to every story.... their's, mine and the non-biased (truth). First off Buck never recommends the use of old flashing. Buck also had agreed to supply the new flashing and pay half of the **** for ****** to do the repair, but apparently, that was not adequate enough. Yes, Buck recommended ****** but is not liable for his work, that is why he doesn't do installations in-house. But if this was an installation or a material failure it would have happened alot sooner than 4 1/2 years, yet Buck was willing to try to make the customer happy to no avail. Buck cannot speak on the behalf of ****** to which he is his own business entity, but in the end buck does still recommend ****** for future work.
