I dropped my boat off the first week in July 7th 2022 by July 8th **** said I had a blown motor on my boat, low compression in two cylinders. I asked him to give me a quote for the repairs. I asked what caused it. **** doesnt know? August 5th I asked him if he had a quote yet and he replied No! So this is where it started he never gets back to me for anything or lets me know what is going on I have to constantly call or text him to get him to do anything or get any information about my boat. Ive paid thus far $******* so far to **** and its now been 156 days my boat has been there. Ive missed all salmon season and half of steelhead season fishing. He didnt know the cause of problem. Tells me I need a new Powerhead *******. Then finds out its a compressor that went out and that caused the problem on the cylinders. But everything is is drawn out Time wise. Always an excuse for not being done. List. Had to go to ******, had to go to *******, waiting on part, didnt get the right part, had to reorder the right part, had a bad tooth, everyone was sick, got a car in the shop working on transmission, tells me he put me on the back burner in November because he figured I didnt need my boat for fishing right now, broke a plastic clip on the linkage after putting compressor on now waiting on plastic part. Then I asked whats the latest excuse why the boat isnt done and he calls me on the phone and chews me out about how its out of his control and he doesnt appreciate me always asking information about my boat or why its not done yet. He never gives me any information Ive had to ask questions or bug him the whole step of the way to get any answers or anything done. Im at ******* so far out of pocket and we agreed on ******* for labor. Well see what the final bill is when Im supposed to pick my boat up some day or year from now god forbid.Business response

in response to complaint sorry for late response to *********************** his boat was done as quickly as possible because of supply chain issues the boat has been done for weeks his final on labor was ******* for labor this is **** more for a plastic clip also the compressor not part of powerhead had no way of telling it was bad till we went to reinstall witch we inspect all parts on reassembly that part was just exactly what i charged him . I understand him being upset over time but it was totally out of our control. I spent multiple hours trying to find parts quicker to no avail . as i stated his boat has been done for weeks and ***********;picked up Thank you ***************** Owner Nash Motors
