      Date of online order: July 26, 2023 Ordered: 8 spline lug nut for car ************ charged my card, but the item never came. All they have is an answering voicemail to leave a message. We have left multiple messages, along with emailing the email they have on file asking for information on where the order is, tracking info, etc. No answer to any way that we have contacted them.Credit card was charged for the item.

      The BrandSport website advertised theh had the product in stock and shipped within two days of ordering. I ordered in February and never heard anything. Called and left voicemail, emailed. No communication. They shipped in April. I refused delivery of the product since i had made other arrangements and still have heard nothing from them.

      Placed a order for wheel key lock that fits my 2016 VW GTI, I ordered them on Dec 11th, waiting for the email with tracking number, Called them, no one picks up, only leaving the answer machine that only thing they said will return call or email them at ********************************* to request my order pulled up on Dec 22nd, nothing respond from them. I am not pleased with their business conducting online. I don't know if this is real business or scam business. They took my money for the order I don't get nothing, no tracking number, and no communication from them. ZERO!

      On 11/2/2022 I ordered and paid for a lock lug nut removal kit for my business. It has now been 2 months and I have not received the product I ordered. I have called and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and have yet to receive any response. I have searched the internet and only found bad reviews but no direct phone number to call and speak with someone. As of now I have resolved that this is a company full of crooks who are there to steal money from unsuspecting businesses. There seems to be no other view.

      On October 29th I purchased a set of 24 Lug Nuts from BrandSport LLC. Order Number: Brandsportinc-******. On their site, it said the product was available (and still says it's available on 11/29) to ship next day. The transaction was processed through Norton Shopping Guarantee (a 3rd party). After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I e-mailed back 3 times now. I have also left 4 detailed messages asking to first provide a status update on the order, then asking them to CANCEL if it is not available... After still hearing nothing up to 11/26/22, I opened a dispute (Dispute #*****) with Norton Shopping Guarantee. I just want my order CANCELLED and I do not want to be charged $69.36 from BrandSport. My card has not been charged and I want to ensure it does NOT get charged in the future. My 30 day Norton shopping guarantee expired on 11/28. Brandsport has yet to respond to my dispute on ******** website as well. I just want this order cancelled... and I just need a human to confirm to me that it is CANCELLED. Either from Norton Shopping Guarantee, or through Brandsport. I am opening this for others to see as well. This is what buying from BrandSport can be like, and this is a terrible customer service experience. I've left my name, phone number, order number countless times to them.BBB, if you are able to confirm that Brandsport will CANCEL order ****** and never charge my card, I will thank you greatly. To any others out there who search "brandsport" or want to purchase from them, I hope they see this frustrating experience and avoid them at all costs.

      I purchased a product from this company on June 3rd and they confirmed the purchase on 6/16/22. They charged me $31.42. Several weeks ago I emailed them that if they cannot deliver the product then I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. I have also called but they only have voice mail. They say they will be in touch within 24 business hours. I have yet to hear from them. Today I again called. I just want my money back but you can't seem to talk to anyone.

      I placed an order on 7-31-22 order number ****** with this company for 2 lug nuts. The web site says to email or call about status if orders. I have done both. The voicemail, 24/7 I might add it says that someone will contact you with 24 hours of the email or voice call. Mind my order is only ***** that isnt a lot but I still can not afford to give it away. I just want my money back this unbelievably a company does this and yes the debit has already came out of my account. I can forward the emails upon request to an email address of your choice. Thank you

      On May 25th of 2022 I ordered lug nuts from Brandsport via the internet. It has been two months since the order was placed. I have called and emailed several times with no response from them. As of yet there is no charge on my credit card and I would like to cancel the order but there is no avenue I can find for doing so. To be clear, I have not received the order and their site does not list it as being shipped. Thank you
