I hired Mike George paving based on the reviews they had for their work. What I didnt realize is that they do not prioritize residential jobs. He said hed be out at a time and no one would show, then 2 hours before he would text me to say he can send his guys out for the job. Very inconvenient.Fast forward to when his employees actually came out to do the job because the owner was out on back surgery. My mother said they were in and out in 90 minutes. My driveway is **** ft long. She watched them apply the product and use a brush. Left light spots everywhere. The biggest problem is that they over sprayed on my house, my stone walls, my garage doors and they even got my brand new 40k$ tractor covered in tar which I have since removed with a clay **** He has been out here three times. See the photos. He did a poor job the first time, called him back and they didnt even fix what I asked. Called him again and they finally did what I asked, but they never actually made sure I was happy. It was a poor job and when I discussed this with him I was met with attitude and disrespect. I paid 6100$ for a job I couldve done myself and had better results for 2,000$. His customer service, his employees, and the way he talks to his customers is ridiculous. I actually told him I was going to file the complaint and he said quote I dont give a fu**I just want a good job done in my driveway for the 6100$ I spent and not have to be ridiculed for pointing out my concerns.He even said on the review he paid for a second coat which I asked for! And they didnt even apply it. It was just random patches.Business response

I sent my crew up to do drive way. They missed material on garage door. They missed spots. I wasn't happy about it. ********* back up to clean up the garage door and surrounding area. Applied another coat of sealer. After 2nd coat was applied, the mailman drove through and left tire marks. Third time he called about issue, I sent my crew to repair the issues. Customer sent me a check after the repair. The customer paid me in full as a satisfied customer. He tried to pay me in illegal firearms and suppressors, which I declined because I don't trade out for firearms. He called me yesterday because he had more issues. I explained that I will address his concern, but he just wants my money back. Explained that I will not provide a refund, and he used vulgar language and threatened with a lawyer. I explained that his lawyer can speak my lawyer. At this time, I am no longer willing to work without security due to illegal firearms and suppressors.-Transcribed by BBB staff
