    I pre ordered a utility side by side UTV vehicle frome Power Edge Motorsport in ***************** the first week of May with that I requested it with an $800 plow kit, To be delivered by late June. The vehicle was delivered but without the plow as it was ordered separately once the vehicle was available at the dealership. Manager ****** advised me the the plow was ordered and would be there by the time the vehicle was ready for pickup. I called and asked ahead if it would be there that Saturday when I was coming to pick it up on 6/26/22 and was assured it would yet it was not. At the point of sale that day **** assured me it would be delivered by Tuesday 6/28. It has not been delivered since and each week I have called to be told 1) they have not received it 2) they have no clue when or if it has been sent 3) that fed ex is on strike (not true) causing the delay and they don't know when it will be shipped and there is nothing they can do I just have to wait. At the point of sale on 6/25 I paid cash down $**** and financed the remaining balance of the $12,900 through ************** so dealership is being paid in full for the product. After several weeks of being told now that there is nothing to be done and they don't know when they will have the plow, I called to discuss a change in order due to the fact I can purchase same plow product locally same day. I expressed my frustration to being told since it was financed there was nothing that they could do (even though they received **** in cash down payment) and while I was attempting to ask that they return the $800 for the un delivered plow so I could purchase myself, **** said she wasn't going to argue it and she would call me back when it was delivered and rudely hung up on me. I tried calling back to no answer and left a message for her to call me back with assurance of a delivery date or return of funds and have yet to receive any communication on the matter. I request delivery by 7/16/22 or refund the cost of plow.
