I ordered 2 parts from the online store on June 1st (06/01/22).63mm Dummy Leg and 63mm Gem Cartridge--> $190 Two months in the order and after several ignored emails and messages on their website.I called the office. After calls to the office on: 10/18/22, 10/3/2022,9/6/22 and 2 other times (dates lost on my PC)I have been given various excuses why my parts (namely the 63mm Dummy Leg) have not been fabricated yet.The last two calls I was promised that the parts will be complete and in the mail. I have recieved no parts and their website still shows order as "Pending". No more calls will be placed as I am tired of being lied to just to get me off the phone.Order ID# *************/01/20222$190.00 Its been almost 6 months.I do want these parts but I am sick of waiting. Please advise

I contacted Risse Racing on July 6, 2022, via telephone, to confirm that specific aircraft parts were available. I was told that they were, and there would be a 4-6 week manufacturing period. I was instructed to order the desired parts via the Risse Racing website, which I did on that date immediately after the phone call. My credit card ***** debit) was charged by Risse Racing that same day.I did not hear from Risse Racing after making my order. On September 6th I contact Risse Racing via telephone. I was told by an employee that identified themselves as **** that my order was being manufactured, and I would receive a ***** shipment tracking number by Friday, September 9th. Having not receiving any communication from ***** or Risse Racing, I contacted Risse, again reaching ****. I was told that Risse was waiting for missing parts for my order that were due to be received that day. Hearing nothing from Risse, I made subsequent phone calls on October 12th and 13th, speaking with *****************************. Again, I was promised that my order would be shipped by weeks end. I received nothing. There are many online complaints of *****************************, via Risse Racing, accepting money from customers and not delivering merchandise. One complaint I read involved a customer getting law enforcement involved. On October 26, I contacted ***** Risse via email, cancelling my order and requesting a full refund - $805.00. I spoke directly with ***************************** via phone. that same day. He told me that I would receive a full refund NO LATER THAN Monday, October 31st. I have not received that refund, nor have I heard anything from ******************************Attached is a copy of my bank statement showing that Risse Racing charged my **** Debit Card on the date I made the online order, July 7, 2022. Also is a copy of the online order that I placed that same day. You will note that the status of the order (#****) as "pending", confirming acknowledgment and acceptance of my order.Thank you for your efforts.

      Business response

      11/03/2022

I submitted the refund in the amount of $805.00 to our credit card processing company on October 27th.

I have attached a copy of the refund screen showing the refund was accepted and the reference number.

It says it may take **** days, so please check with your bank to see if it has been received.

      Thank you, ***** Risse

I am rejecting this response because:

Had I not taken a pro-active approach to seeking either the merchandise I ordered, or a refund through punitive means, ***************************** would have kept my money. I was ignored by ***************************** from July 6, until MY contact with him on September 6th. He has a record of fraud and theft of funds. My complaint should be available to any future prospective customers. If such history was available to me, I would have never done business with Risse Racing.

      Let my complaint stand.

      Sincerely,

      *******************************

Ordered a bike part that showed in stock, two weeks later still hadn't shipped, so I called them to be told they build them in house and it would ship that next week. Okay, fine.Weeks would roll by and they would have some new excuse every time, and I was nothing but patient and understanding, despite getting the impression that I was being lied to each time. It was always "it will ship next week," and I would just say okay thank you, despite this happening I don't know how many times, and each time having been misled.I realize stuff happens, but this is just to the point of absurdity now. It's like that kid who's always missing work because a grandma is dying every other week. You just get to the point you know he's lying to you and gaslighting you to boot. And that's where we're at now, the gaslighting phase. I asked for a refund after almost three months, and they claimed this evening they can't process refunds. Oh, but the owner will call me next week! Ha! Not holding my breath...The best part is I'm sure they're screening my calls. I guess they ran out of excuses and decided to just stop answering my number. To be completely clear, this evening was the first time I've confronted them, and up to this point I've been nothing but extremely nice to them (which I guess they must sense as weakness to take advantage of). So they have no reason to not pick up the phone, other than the fact that they know the jig is up and I'm wanting a refund now, which apparently they don't like doing. I honestly feel like I'm being used as an unsecured interest free payday advance right now.But yea, I tried calling them like 20 times in the last few weeks during business hours, and it would ring and ring. Finally I got the bright idea to call them from my other number, and wouldn't you know it, someone picked up on the second ring! What a coincidence, huh?!
