I took my computer, in to said establishment on 11/30/2021 . It was in working condition; However, needed program's updated. When I took it in, a very nice lady, assisted me and told me to come back in half an hour and she would have it updated for me. I came back and the owner was there. He was very rude and told me, he would call, when ready. I said OK and left. He never called me, that day. I then decide to go down to the store on 12/01/2021 , since he never called and it was a simple programming issue. When I got to the store, The owner said, " I have bad news, your computer doesn't work ." So I said, " It worked when I brought it in ?". He said " Well I wiped your system and did not reload it !". Again, I said " Well it worked, when I brought it in!". The owner then, hits my chest / grabbed me and physically threw me out of the store ! He cut my face ( ring / fingernail?) and told me, " To never come back ". I called the police, but did not want to press charges, at the time. That is not, what I am seeking from you, either. This kind of behavior, is unacceptable ! He did this, in front of an elderly customer and there was a van full of children, where he threw me out, to ! Now, he ruined my computer, wiped it clean ! I do not understand, what got into him, to do this to me ! Obviously, he was unconcerned, with any witnesses, to his action; Let alone, it be, an old woman, or a bunch of kids ! What I would like to see happen, is my computer, brought back, at least to what it was, when I brought it to him. If he cannot, a replacement, of equal value ! I do not want an apology. I feel this man, is totally incapable, of such a thing.
