TCS Eqipment sold me a tractor trailer on 3/10/24. I was told that the trailer would be delivered to my by the end of the next week (about 12 days later).Trailer has still not been delivered as 4/7/24. Seller will jot give a deliver date despite emailing and requesting information about the trailer. He assured me it was only a 2 day drive down and 2 days back with the trailer. He continues to be non responsive regarding the status of the trailer, simply saying it will come. More than a week ago he told me over the phone, and my wife heard this on speaker, that it "was in route." That was a lie because several days later he said there was other work going on.I am tired of his poor communication and lack of prompt action. I am trying to get moved and have my own deadlines, yet he can't keep his commitments.At this point, I would accept a full refund of ny purchase price...unless he can guarantee me delivery no later than April 11, 2024.Business response

When this trailer was sold I told him the trailer was located in *******************. I told him we should be able to get it up here in the next two weeks, weather permitting, and everything else. We had several days of bad weather, which changed plans on scheduling for pick up and we had a driver quit, which we notified customer and told them it would have to be after our other driver gets back. We will put him in the cycle to pick up trailers he is not the only customer that purchased from us, we have to pick them up and order from the companies we buy them from. I have told him at least a dozen times that he is on the schedule and will be notified. Its an 1800 mile round-trip. I updated him at the beginning of the week and told him he had three trailers in front of him and our dispatch would be reaching out to him when they are picked up our trailers get released in the order they were purchased he doesnt seem to get the concept of this. He is expecting us to put him in front of the list dose not want to wait his turn like everybody else in front of him and behind him are doing I dont know how many times I have to tell him a week because he calls me about 30 times a week but will not except the process of everything he expects to be put first, and thats not how I run my business I run my business Accordingly I do not cheat or cut other people off because somebody complains nonstop. His trailer is scheduled for pick up and should be receiving it anytime he needs to learn to wait his turn and not be impatient.. I have seven customers behind him, waiting for their trailers who have not complain one bit because they understand the process he just doesnt get the conceptCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:Business has lied multiple times, including his very first statement. I was in his place on a Sunday, and he said it would be delivered by the "end of next week." That would have been March 22. And even if he said two weeks, as he said in his response, we are still a month out. So again, very inaccurate.
He has not been responsive when I have tried to get a delivery date since then. Not once has he given me a firm date of delivery, and that is no way to run a business. More than a week ago, he actually picked up the phone. My wife and I were in the car and both heard him say, "it is in transit." Well, it's 2 days up from its location per the owner, yet STILL no delivery.
He keeps lying to cover his inactivity and I am tired of it. If it cannot be delivered by the end of this week (Apr 13), I simply want my money refunded.

I purchased a **** ******************** Trailer on 7/19/23. VIN #***************** (provided by the seller : TCS Equipment, LLC)The Company sent me an invoice for the trailer that I purchased including DMV fees and delivery fees.I paid the fee using my **************** card. The total amount was $6,645.00.I never heard back from TCS Equipment, LLC so I attempted to reach ****** by phone on 8/30/23. He responded by text.I texted him that I have not received the title and he responded that it could take ***** weeks but that he would have "the girls" in the office check on that.I waited a week and received no further communications so I tried to calling again on 9/8/23. ****** responded by text saying he had a broker working on delivery. I tried calling again on 9/14/23. I texted, suggesting refunding delivery fee and I could pick up myself. NO RESPONSE.9/15/23 I tried and alternate phone number that he had given me for "the office". I explained the situation to the woman that answered and she said that she would have ****** call me back. I never heard back. I called her again that afternoon and she told me the trailer was to be delivered to my address on Monday, 9/18/23. It wasn't.I checked with my local DMV and no records came up for that VIN number on the trailer.No answer by phone ************* and ************) so I sent an email to TCS Equipment, LLC ************************************ on 9/19/23 seeking a resolution.I also copied my email and mailed it to both business addresses and PO Box as well.I explained that if I don't hear from ****** or TCS Equipment, LLC very soon that I would have to take legal action to resolve the situation. I said that I wanted to give TCS Equipment, LLC the opportunity to communicate, alleviate my frustration, and make it right. NO RESPONSE. Unfortunately, it's looking like I got screwed. TCS Equipment, LLC and ******************************* are acting fraudulently. I feel that I have been extremely patient at this point with TCS Equipment.Business response

I did sale this guy a trailer on 7/20/ 2023 and at the time of him buying it he said Im out town for three weeks said he be back around 8/15/23 said anytime after that no rush on his end when he got back said Im back in town I told him I was out fighting fires and I would get to it as soon as I could hes text message reply was no problem be safe and no RUSH on my end so I went on fighting wildfires then all of a sudden he gets upset set with me because now hes in a big rush and I was out of phone range for 90% of the time and I was not worried on getting trailer dropped off due to no rush!!!! In two different text message but we did drop trailer off on 9/25/23 I was on fire and I had to pull some one off the fire to get this done witch took away from or team he was sopost to pay my driver a drop off fee off 780 and my driver got side tracked and drove off and I still have not got that money from him so if anyone has something to complain about is me for not getting paid for drop off fee.. after driver dropped off he told her and text me sorry about this I was not worried about this but my WIFE was riding my a** so I had to do something to keep her happy and I was left to do this to keep her at bay if you all want to see the texts il gladly post them here to see this lol but when some one say no rush I was on fires I took it as not worried deal with fires and get back to him when done but hes words was my wife was riding my a** so I guess he made this file to keep his wife happy
