Horrible terrible workmanship you should be ashamed of yourselves... I bought a home from you and the doors are literally falling off the hinges not to mention the dishwasher that needs to be repaired by ge? There are so many things wrong with my house I don't have words to actually mention all of the things that are wrong with my home I was sold a bill of goods and I hate you Hayden Homes and my realtor that steered me here shame on all of you rotten h*** I hate this place and there's so many problems I can't even begin to explain them

Hayden homes builds houses with poor and defective workmanship and cheap materials that are improperly installed. They will not honor their warranty or correct defective workmanship and latent defects. Their customer service is horrendous and insulting with no adequate responses, just unfounded statements in ab attempt to lie and get out of correcting their defective work

While our buying experience was beyond amazing thanks to ****** in ********, **.... the quality of the house in less than a year and the "repairs" done have been unacceptable.The "repairs" done throughout the house and what is called "ok/good" by the warranty department is LAUGHABLE. The quality of the paint used in the entire house is LAUGHABLE don't even look at the base-boards or they ***** The way they threw down the sod without clearing construction trash, rocks and compacting the soil is LAUGHABLE. Door hardware is LAUGHABLE. COMUNICATION FROM HAYDEN EMPLOYEES IS HORRIBLE. Why am I having to bother them to get simple answers? If you think I'm joking... I sadly am not. They sell this whole B.S. of the "excellent quality" of the homes and how they'll "always be there". Let me tell you bout the quality of Hayden Homes.... its LAUGHABLE. Let me tell bout bout the customer care/warranty repairs of **********************.... its LAUGHABLE.I wrote this review cause I have been as nice as I can... as understanding as I can... but I can no longer accept or tolerate the blatant lack of quality and poor service from Hayden Homes. Just know Hayden Homes... you did this to yourself.

We have been trying to get the purchase agreement from the Hayden sales rep. *** realtor has contacted him but gives us incomplete paperwork. So frustrating. *** realtor is really trying to connect with him to no avail. Guess we won't be pitching a house from them.

We are building now no masters bathroom tub because of *** just a shower with no door to small of garage my truck wont fit cant walk around truck no flood lights if you dont ask no garage door opener no back porch cover $ 250 up front to make a change I wish we had not did this I will have to pay a plumber to move toilet and put a tub in after moving in so we have been lied to so dont go with them not **************

Hayden Homes over exceeded my expectations throughout the entire building process. My home was delivered clean, move in ready, and I couldnt be more happy with my large investment. Im thankful to have built a beautiful home with this reputable company. Thank you Hayden Homes for a great experience building my first home!

I wish that I could give Hayden homes a fantastic review. The process of buying our home was great. Our Project Manager and the Hayden Homes agents were communicative and efficient. They answered all our questions, addressed any concerns we had, and delivered on the promised build time of the home.Unfortunately, once they have your money, that experience changes dramatically. The home is covered by a 1 year warranty. We've had a couple things come up in the few months since we moved in. None of them have been groundbreaking until now but you should know that when you do call them with an issue it will take weeks, possibly months, for them to address your issue.In addition, the home we purchased has a major design flaw that affects the entire home. The floor plan is designed such that the heat pump for the house is directly below the ***** of the house on a downward slant of the roof. Our first winter in the home of course when it's freezing outside and the melting snow is dripping off the roof directly into the heat pump there is massive ice build up. This will obviously significantly impact the life of the unit on the home. I'm not an HVAC Technician myself but as I was looking for a way to resolve the issue before I discovered it was a design flaw I opened the manual for the unit. The first page of the manual shows a picture of the heat pump and shows a picture of exactly how my unit is installed with a giant red x through it. The manufacturer literally says it shouldn't be installed like this.4 emails and 2 calls over the last 8 weeks and we haven't heard a word from the warranty team. Not one.I hate having to leave this review. I want to love my home but I also think people should have an honest account of what to expect from Hayden. Just know that if you have any issue at all it's going to take a very long time to get it resolved, if at all. Their communication really leaves a lot to be desired. Especially for the money spent.

at first the house was wonderful. Then after 3 years we were having the carpet replaced when the contractor was pulling up the tac strips up, water shot out from one of the s**** holes. we shut off the water and called a plumber turns out when the house was being built the s**** that was used to hold down the tac strip was screwed in to the soft water loop under the floorboards the plumber told us that this would have been found out a long time ago but since we don't have a water softener the water in the loop didn't move around to eat away at the s**** So I contacted Hayden and ask them to pay for their mistake, the one year full warranty is far gone at this point to the tune of the plumbers **** of $225.00. they told me it wasn't their problem because the year was up. Keep in mind this was not something that broke after three years, it was something that was damaged from the start. So I contacted the BBB to voice my concern and next thing I knew Hayden had a rep. call me to get more information and the rep took all my info and agreed I should be compensated pending some paperwork. it was a COMPENSATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS I did not sign it. Things the form had in it, Nondisclosure, Release and Discharge of Claims, Indemnification and the best part: Different Facts. It is acknowledged and understood by the parties that the facts with respect to this Agreement as given may hereafter turn out to be other than or different from the facts now known to them or believed by them to be true, and the parties therefore expressly assume the risk of the facts being different and agree that this Agreement shall be in all respects effective and not subject to termination or rescission by any such difference in facts,I am hoping someone reads this and turns to a different Home Builder that way them not taking responsibility for their mistake of $225.00 cost them at least one buyer.Always read before you sign anything. You did this to yourself over $225.00
