My wife and I agreed to sell our 2015 Impact Toyhauler through consignment at Larrys RV in *******, ****** as we were moving out of state and did not have time to do it ourselves. We left it on the lot in ~November 2021 after agreeing to some fixes, the list price and commission. After a few months of not hearing anything from Larrys we decided to call from our new location in ************** as we could not simply go down and speak to them. At this time we were told that because it was winter in ****** there had not been a lot of movement on people coming to look at the trailer, which is understandable, but also that they had not done any of the fixes/repairs that we had agreed to. They claimed they were going to start working on these and get back to us...but they never did. After another 2 months or so my wife called them and was actually told they had sold the trailer but still needed to fix some of the issues for the new buyers. At that point we were told that the deal would close in a little over a week and the lien would be paid off the following Monday. After not hearing anything from them that week after the Monday that it was supposed to be paid, we called them later in the week. At this point they told us that things didn't go as planned, they still needed to fix the issues and then would be able to close the deal. We were again told that this would be finalized the following Monday and after a follow up call were again given the run around about why it had not closed. With each time that we called, ***** and staff was always to busy to answer all of our questions and would hang up the phone or claim they were going to call us back. At this point it has been almost 9 weeks since we were told that the trailer was sold and we still do not have the lien paid off or a check in our hands. We don't know for sure where the trailer is, when it was sold or how much it was sold for.
