  *************************** ***********....... Lic# ****** J&J Construction/Septic ***************************************** ************** ______We purchased our house (*****************.) October 15th. The purchase contract had several contingencies. One of which was removal of 40' of sewer pipe and installation of new pipe. The sellers hired j&j construction and septics to do the work. 1 week after moving in sewage started to bubble up. It was found that *************************************, sole proprietor of j&j construction and septics had failed to connect the kitchen drain along with the front bathroom drain. I have pictures along with video proof of him admitting he broke the cast iron connection while stating that he had no reason to investigate what that pipe was or why it was there. He then laid the new pipe right on top of the damaged pipe. It's also noted that he did not back fill with gravel and put back cut concrete which also failed and caved in. We stayed in contact with Cederstrand and he said he would fix it by punching a hole through our foundation which was unacceptable. Then he said he would completely re-do his work. Right after that he began stringing us along with excuse after excuse of why he wasn't doing the work. I mailed notice of intent to file complaint letter with the *** and the post office said undeliverable; no such person at that address.

  *************** has been rude from very beginning of this night mare , the old sewer line came down the side of the house there was no reason to believe there was anything else there the clean out was in the right place , we hooked onto the pipe coming out of house and ran a new one , there is sand around new pipe  all of this was inspected by the city sewer department who both took pictures and did a pressure test  rusa signed off and it was back filled i donnot appreciate his attitude towards me when we came there to resolve it he cursed and insulted me in front of my crew . i tried to be reasonable but the insults kept coming cutting me down and calling me stupid at that point i was done i am not going to take insults from anyone

  I am rejecting this response because: I have him on video that absolutely shows him being rude, name calling and insulting. He was so angry at his botched job and when I told him punching a hole through our foundation was unacceptable. This was told to me by several contractors and plumbers that gave me estimates to fix his botched job
