I ordered transmission parts from their website. After installing the parts the transmission still did not work. After some testing I concluded the parts were defective. I tried to reach out to them about this and they never returned my calls. I then ordered new parts from a different company and they worked fine. I emailed this information and they finally responded and told me to ship the parts back and they would refund me. I paid for the shipping to get the parts returned. Since then they have not responded to my emails or voicemails that I have left. They have never answered the phone when I called.Initial Complaint

I bought a part a like 4 days ago haven't received any kind of notification updates so idk where my part is and it says shipping has created a label but thatsas far as it wet I either want apart or my money asap ** I have my truck on blocks waiting for this itemCustomer response

I placed an order online at Oregon performance transmissions(OPT) on 9/12/2023 for a part I was needing by the following Monday. I even paid the extra shipping cost of $71.22 to have the part delivered within 2 days. The next day, I realized the part I ordered, was not what was pictured on the website. I thought what was pictured was what I was getting, and it turned out it was just ONE of items pictured(I thought I was getting a good deal on everything pictured. Because through another parts website, I could've gotten EVERYTHING OPT had pictured on their website, for the price of $39.99) So I tried calling numerous times and finally sent an email trying to reach out and cancel before they shipped the item. Turns out I was too late to cancel. So I decided to go ahead and just deal with it, my mistake you know? Well, I got an email notification saying the part was delivered on 9/15 at 2:11 pm. My husband and I (we are the only people that live at my residence) weren't home at the time of delivery. However, when we got home a little after 6 that evening, we both searched for the package and could not find it anywhere. Talked to neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by mistake, it was not. Reached out to *** and was told the delivery driver has said they'd given the package to a man at my residence (which, if it was delivered at my residence, couldn't be true as no one was home at the time). So I tried reaching out to OPT, and it is literally impossible to get anyone over the phone so I emailed, MULTI times, and have had only ONE reply to date. Just decided to ask for a refund since it was so hard to talk or get ahold of anyone. Plus I was needing the part ASAP, so I went through a more reputable business to get the part I needed. I am just trying to get my full refund, which I feel I should be ***********, especially since I didn't get the part I paid for!!Customer response

NO REPLY, NO RESPONSE. 13 July my transmission went out on my Jeep. I am a mechanic by trade so I am going to rebuild the transmission to get back on the road. By searching the internet, I was led to Oregon Performance Transmission. I reviewed their website and had several technical questions before spending the almost $1500.00 on parts to ensure I got all the correct add-ons and necessary parts. I used their website messaging option and explained my situation and questions. I then waited three days with no reply. Next I called a few times and emailed them as the other option their site suggests. Still no response. Then I messaged them on their ******** site. Again, no reply. A few days later I decided to message and email them again as maybe they were very busy. Still no reply. This whole time, I have been calling a couple times a day during their hours of operation. I emailed them a final time the 28th of July, and again, no reply. today, 29 July, I called them, during their normal operation hours, over 50 times over two hours. No answer, and no reply. I give up. If this is the level of customer service one can expect from ***********************, I will take my business elsewhere.
