I was in an auto accident in ************ in 10/2022 and had the frame replaced on my 2015 GMC ****** in PA. I drove the truck back to OR & it was having issues. Wayne Parkers was recommended by the Geico shops in the area. I reached out to Wayne Parkers and asked if they could look at the truck. My adjuster Niel authorized 3 or 4 hours of diagnostics only. I told them to relay all billing and questions to **** and followed up with an email with his contact info, the same day I dropped off the truck, May 9, 2023. The shop said they would be in touch the next day but I didn't hear anything until I followed up May 19th. **** stated that he was working on replacing parts, including parts for the ** which was not part of the accident/authorized. I called Niel and confirmed the shop had not been in touch and had started repairs without approval and on unauthorized parts. **** called the shop and they said they were too busy to talk to him & didn't have his contact information even tho I had emailed it. He voiced concerns that unauthorized repairs were being made, that insurance would not cover. Wayne Parkers said "that is *****'s problem when she comes to pick up the truck." The shop eventually hung up on him. Niel sent a local adjuster out to talk to the shop. I finally recieved an email that the truck was ready May 31 but I was ill/in hospital. I picked up the truck June 9. I didn't drive much the first 2 days but I lost brakes 6/11. I called the shop ************* refused to let me bring it in or look at it until they get paid for their work because "this is a business." They will not warranty their work and as of today 6/20, I have not heard anything back from them. My adjuster hear spoke to them once and they said they could fix it now. I asked: "Why wasn't it fixed before? Why didn't they warranty their work? What makes them sure?" My adjuster has not heard back from them. This is ridiculous. My transmission is also still slipping. I have lost brakes 3 more times.
