Following my initial complaint, I engaged in subsequent communication in an attempt to resolve the matter. On May 26, 20**, I received a response indicating that they were awaiting inspection results from public works. Subsequently, on May 30, 20**, I was informed that the city inspector had approved their work. However, despite my request for a copy of the inspection report, H3**638383335383433H failed to provide the documentation I had requested. On June 30, 20**, I inquired about scheduling a time to address the issue, and was informed by *** that he needed to consult with his father. Regrettably, I received no response. They were receptive to my concerns and subsequently arranged for an inspection by the City Inspector, which took place on July 12, 20**.
