I have been a credit card holder for 4 years. My credit card expired in Sept. and I was not issued a new one. I had several recurring payments on this card which were all declined. When I contacted the credit union they could not explain why I had not received a new card, Evidently, they work with a vendor who manages all of their credit cards. They weren't able to communicate directly with the vendor. They could only send them a request for a new one. It has been several weeks since I contacted them and I still haven't received a card. When I called them today they stated 2 cards had been sent to me and, because I hadn't received them, they were going to cancel them. They told me I would have to come into the bank to get a new card. I live 30 miles away. I feel this is very poor business practice from a financial institution and horrible customer service. Why do I have to drive 30 miles to get a new credit card? Why were 2 new credit cards issued in my name and are floating around somewhere? I want a new card to be sent to me through priority mail.Customer response
