The first day I took him Was 4/22/2022 at 5:20pm he had scraped his paw with something outside there parking lot and was bleeding, I told them about it and they said they would keep an eye on it and when I picked up my dog after my trip of 6 days I was told his leg was swollen and that a day before I picked him up it wasnt like that "when I had called a day before to see why he was in his cage and not out like the rest of the  dogs they said oh he was just not getting along with one of the dogs and we are rotating him never brought up the swollen paw, they called my bf that same day just to tell us his leg was a little swollen because he was playing **** and was keeping an eye on him but that he was fine. The next day I picked him up in the morning I noticed he couldnt walk and had his back left leg lifted, a lot of mucus on his nose he just looked so depressed!! They try to hide it by telling me  the reason he has his leg like that was because hes been laying down for so long and must be sore saw immediately his paw Swollen and red! and they acted surprise and said 'I'm so sorry, he needs to go to the vet ASAP looks like he has an infection' It breaks my heart knowing how he was suffering for the days I was gone, took him straight to the emergency vet and they told me theres no way he had his leg and paw this bad and swollen from one day to another, it had to be more then 2 days he had a really bad infection and had to drained a lot of pus out, I was charged at the vet $776.57  for what they did! I want a refund back of $250, when I paid for them to take care of my dog! that's the service I requested. My BF try to get the money back once he spoke to the owner and said they couldn't since he had already injured before getting dropped off but Makes me very upset because that's why I called to make sure how he was doing and why he was in his cage but they never mention anything even when I called to ask A DAY BEFORE PICKING HIM UP  they said he was doing 'GREAT' and got a called before they closed to tell us it was swollen for 'Playing ****' Also I was reading the reviews from there website and looks like mine hasn't been the only dog injured, a lot of dogs had injured there paws or cut themselves being there, and the way they respond back to the reviews is just so unprofessional seems like they always want to be right and not take responsibility of these actions. I also try leaving a review w/ pictures and was deleted a few hrs I posted it, makes me think that I was 100% right on being MAD and they don't want to take responsibility's so it was easy to just delete my review, I try to see if someone would reach back to me and Nothing, I also wanted to prevent from having people go there since they don't really watch the dogs or care for them. My dog still hasnt been able to walk and is barely starting to eat. I also came back home with a full bag of dog food! He lost so much weight when I had only left him there 6 days. Please help me get my money back I spend $250 and they don't want to refund it back to me!! Here's proof of what I talked about and also a review of someone else that had the same problem.

      Thank you!

This woman is not listed as the dog's owner. I do not have any documentation that she is even an approved pick up person for this dog. This is not her dog. I therefore do not feel a need to address her concerns. The dog belongs to *******************************. He is the one who brought him to board. His not complaining because he knows the truth. He brought his dog into our building injured. He wasn't aware of the dog's injury and I had to point it out to him while he was talking on his cell phone. I had a hard time getting his attention as his phone conversation was the most important thing for him at the time. I asked him to please hold his dog so I could find out where he was bleeding from. (His dog walked into the building trailing small amounts of blood. After I investigated and checked the dog over (all the while, the owner remained talking on his cell phone) I found a small amount of blood between the dogs paw pad on his back leg. I asked the owner what he had been doing early that day, or just prior to bringing him in. The owner indicated he had been walking the dog for several hours on the cement. I speculated he may have scraped his paw on the cement. I told him I would rinse his foot and put antibiotic cream on it. But that I am not a vet and all I can do is monitor it and let him know if it starts to bother him. The dogs stayed for several days without any notable issue with his paw. On the last night of his stay, we noticed he wasn't as energetic as normal, and had a slight limp. I called the owner to ask if this is normal for him. (some dogs limp from time to time for various reasons). The owner indicated this was not normal for him. So, I asked if he felt ok with us keeping the dog on bed rest until his picked him up the next morning. He said that was fine. We kept the dog on kennel rest until the next morning when they came to pick him up. That morning, his back foot swelled up and he didn't want to bear weight on it. I told them that this is a clear sign of infection and they should have the vet look at his foot right away. The owner asked "what happened?" I reiterated to him that he brought his dog into the building injured. We rinsed his foot and put antibiotic cream on it as we promised and have kept it monitored. Which is what we did. We phoned him the night before when we noticed he had a slight limp. Still no noticeable swelling or issue with the foot. The foot was now beginning to swell just prior to the dog being picked up.  The owner nodded that he recalled bringing him into our building already injured. This person who is logging the current complaint is not the dog's owner. I have had no interaction with her. We do not have waivers or contracts signed by her, but we do from the dog's owner. I will not discuss this matter further with her as she is not listed as the dogs owner or contact person.

I do not know who this person is. This is not a client who has ever used my services. All claims are false. I have retired from training years ago. My current trainers use positive reinforcement techniques. We staff a ration of 1:10 human/dog ration. We have live webcams accessible all day for anyone to log in and see that dogs are interacting with Canine Coaches all throughout the day. Live webcams also verify dogs are not left alone in kennels for any length of time beyond meals, and overnight. We have nearly ***** square feet in our building and a small outdoor space. We average 50 dogs per day. Plenty of space for that many dogs. This person logging the complaint is either a competitor or other entity with cause unknown to me, to vilify this business. Our reputation, positive reviews and live webcams feed of transparency tell the real story. ****
